A sphygmomanometer according to the present disclosure includes a main body that is mounted with a pump and is to be disposed on a dorsal surface of a wrist and a cuff that is to be attached around the wrist. The cuff extends along a circumferential direction of the wrist from an ulnar side end portion of the main body to a palmar surface and is set to a length covering an ulnar artery or a length covering a radial artery beyond the ulnar artery of a wrist having a preset maximum wrist circumference. A fluid is supplied from the pump to the cuff to press the wrist. A blood pressure is calculated based on a pressure of the fluid contained in the cuff.

Sphygmomanometer, blood pressure measurement method, and device

A sphygmomanometer includes a main body mounted with a pump, a belt, and a cuff structure. The cuff structure having a band shape is disposed facing an inner circumferential surface of the belt in a freely separable manner from the inner circumferential surface of the belt. One end of the cuff structure is attached to the main body. The cuff structure includes a bag-shaped pressure cuff that extends along a circumferential direction of a measurement target site, a bag-shaped sensing cuff that extends in the circumferential direction across an artery passing portion of the measurement target site, and a back plate that is inserted between the pressure cuff and the sensing cuff. A blood pressure is calculated based on a pressure of a pressure transmission fluid contained in the sensing cuff.

A sphygmomanometer includes: a bag-shaped sensing cuff to be worn to wrap a measurement site; a back plate disposed on the sensing cuff along a surface opposite to the measurement site; a pressing member for pressing the back plate toward the measurement site; and a blood-pressure calculating part calculating a blood pressure based on a pressure of a fluid stored in the sensing cuff. Regarding a longitudinal direction perpendicular to a circumferential direction of the measurement site to be wrapped by the sensing cuff, a surface facing the measurement site in edge potions on both sides in a width direction along the longitudinal direction of the back plate is curved in a direction away from the measurement site toward tips.

Sphygmomanometer, and method and device for measuring blood pressure

A blood pressure measuring device includes a device main body; a curler configured to bend along a circumferential direction of a wrist of a living body, including one end and another end separated from each other, also configured to come into contact with a portion of the wrist at least between a dorsal side and a palmar side; a strap provided to the device main body; a sensing cuff arranged in a region of the wrist where arteries exist; a back plate provided between the curler and the sensing cuff and extending in a circumferential direction of the wrist; a pressing cuff provided on a side of the curler nearer to the strap and configured to press the sensing cuff; and a cuff provided on a side of the curler nearer to the living body and arranged on the dorsal side of the wrist.

Blood pressure measuring device

A blood pressure measuring device includes a device main body; a curler configured to bend along a circumferential direction of a wrist of a living body, configured to come into contact with a portion of the wrist at least between a dorsal side and a palmar side; a strap provided to the device main body, and further configured to be mounted on the wrist; a sensing cuff arranged in a region of the wrist where arteries exist; a back plate provided on a side of the sensing cuff nearer to the curler; a rubber plate provided between the curler and the back plate and configured to elastically deform; a pressing cuff provided on a side of the curler nearer to the strap; and a cuff provided on a side of the curler nearer to the living body.

A blood pressure measuring device includes a holder configured to be mounted on a wrist of a living body and come into contact with a portion of the wrist at least between a dorsal side and a palmar side; a sensing cuff provided on a side of the holder nearer to the living body and arranged in a region of the wrist where arteries exist; and a cuff provided on a side of the holder nearer to the living body and arranged on the dorsal side of the wrist.

A sphygmomanometer of the present invention includes a bag-shaped sensing cuff to be worn to wrap a measurement site, a back plate disposed on the sensing cuff along a surface opposite to the measurement site, a pressing member for pressing the back plate toward the measurement site, and a blood-pressure calculating part calculating a blood pressure based on a pressure of a fluid stored in the sensing cuff. Regarding a longitudinal direction perpendicular to a circumferential direction of the measurement site to be wrapped by the sensing cuff, a dimension of the back plate in a width direction along the longitudinal direction is larger than a dimension of the sensing cuff in the width direction.

A sphygmomanometer includes: a sensing cuff that includes a second sheet disposed to face the pressing member's inner circumferential surface and a first sheet facing the second sheet; a fluid storage control part providing a control of supplying and storing the pressure-transmitting fluid into sensing cuff in a worn state wherein the pressing member and sensing cuff are worn on the wrist; and a blood-pressure calculating part calculating a blood pressure based on a pressure of the pressure-transmitting fluid stored in the sensing cuff. The fluid storage control part supplies fluid in the worn state such that the first and second sheets are in contact with each other in a region corresponding to an ulna, a region corresponding to a radius, and a region corresponding to a tendon while first and second sheets are separated from each other in regions corresponding to two arteries that are radial and ulnar arteries.
