A method and an apparatus for identifying a heterogeneous graph and a property corresponding to a molecular space structure and a computer device are provided. The method includes: characterizing a topology structure included in a heterogeneous graph to generate feature information; generating feature vectors corresponding to key nodes on the topology structure included in the heterogeneous graph according to sampling information obtained by sampling the heterogeneous graph and the feature information; aggregating the feature vectors to generate a graph representation vector corresponding to the heterogeneous graph; and classifying the heterogeneous graph according to the graph representation vector to obtain a classification prediction result of the heterogeneous graph.

The method includes: using sol-gel method, hydrolyzing terminal group-containing silane coupling agent to form functional terminal group-containing silica sol, cross-linked with organic polymer to form composite sol as material of dielectric of organic thin film transistor; forming film by solution method such as spin coating, dip coating, inkjet printing, 3D printing, etc., forming dielectric after curing; preparing semiconductor and electrode respectively to prepare organic thin film transistor device, which, based on composite dielectric material, has mobility of 5 cm2/V&#xb7;s, exceeding that of using SiO2, having low threshold voltage and no hysteresis effect. Compared with traditional processes like SiO2 thermal oxidation, above method has advantages of simple process, low cost, suitable for large-area preparation, with great market application value.

The present invention discloses an LED module comprising: a waterproof enclosure; an LED accommodated in the waterproof enclosure; a wire for coupling the LED module with other LED modules and a driver; and a radiating unit set in the bottom of the waterproof enclosure and exposed to the external environment. The invention further provides an LED chain comprising the above said LED module and a driver coupled with the LED module. The LED chain according to the invention may have a high waterproof level, for example, IP65. The heat generated during the operation of the high power LED module may be transmitted to the external environment in time via a heat sink set on the LED module, thereby effective thermal management for the LED module and a long service life of the LED module may be obtained. Moreover, the finish surface of the driver may be made handsome by encapsulating the driver through the low pressure molding.
