Provided herein is an interspinous stabilization device, including: a central connection portion, a first side wing, a second side wing, a third side wing, and a fourth side wing. The first side wing extends from the central connection portion in a first direction. The second side wing extends from the central connection portion in the first direction. The third side wing extends from the central connection portion in a second direction opposite to the first direction. The fourth side wing extends from the central connection portion in the second direction. The central connection portion has at least one thread hole. The thread hole extends in a third direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction. The first side wing, the second side wing, the third side wing, and the fourth side wing each have a through hole.

Methods and apparatus of compression for pre-stitched pictures captured by multiple cameras of a panoramic video capture device are disclosed. At the encoder side, stitching information associated with a stitching process to form the pre-stitched pictures is used to encode a current block according to embodiments of the present invention, where the stitching information comprises calibration data, matching results, seam position, blending level, sensor data, or a combination thereof. In one embodiment, the stitching information corresponds to matching results associated with a projection process, and projection-based Inter prediction is used to encode the current block by projecting a reference block in a reference pre-stitched picture to coordinates of the current block. In another embodiment, the stitching information corresponds to seam information associated with seam detection, and seam-based Inter prediction is used to encode the current block by utilizing the seam information.

A method for fabricating semiconductor device is disclosed. First, a substrate is provided, and a fin-shaped structure is formed on the substrate. Next, a gate structure is formed on the fin-shaped structure, and an epitaxial layer is formed adjacent to the gate structure. Preferably, the epitaxial layer includes a V-shaped profile viewing from the top. According to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the V-shaped profile of the epitaxial layer allows more stress to be applied to the region having concentrated currents or edges of the fin-shaped structures during an on-state, and at the same time prevent exerting too much stress to the region having high currents or central region of the fin-shaped structure during an off-state.
