A touch panel including a liquid crystal panel, a first polarizer, touch units, and a second polarizer is provided. The liquid crystal panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, an active array, and a liquid crystal layer. Each of the touch units includes a first electrode extending along a first extending direction and a second electrode extending along a second extending direction. The first electrode includes two of first touch electrodes electrically connected to each other. Each of the first touch electrodes has a first deviation amount in the second extending direction. The second electrode includes two of second touch electrodes electrically connected to each other. Each of the second touch electrodes has a second deviation amount in the first extending direction. The two of the second touch electrodes and the two of the first touch electrodes have four overlapping points.

Touch panel

A touch display device including a display panel and a touch device is provided. The display panel includes a plurality of sub-pixels. Each of the sub-pixels includes a pixel electrode and a switching element. The touch device is located on the display panel and includes a touch electrode area and a dummy electrode area. The touch device includes an electrode structure and a conductive mesh. The conductive mesh includes a plurality of reticulated repeating units. Each of the reticulated repeating units is overlapped with at least one corresponding sub-pixel and includes first and second X-shaped conductive structures. Two ends of the first X-shaped conductive structure are connected to two ends of the second X-shaped conductive structure. The first and second X-shaped conductive structures in the touch electrode area are in a continuous pattern. The first and second X-shaped conductive structures in the dummy electrode area are in a discontinuous pattern.

Touch display device comprising touch device having touch electrode area and dummy electrode area

A touch display device including scan lines, data lines, metal common lines, pixel sets, a common electrode layer, light-shielding patterns and touch electrode patterns is provided. Each metal common line is located between two adjacent scan lines. Each pixel set is located between two adjacent metal common lines. The common electrode layer includes common electrode portions disposed corresponding to the metal common lines. A vertical projection of each metal common line is completely located within a vertical projection of the corresponding common electrode portion. The light-shielding patterns are disposed corresponding to the metal common lines, and a vertical projection of each metal common line and the scan lines adjacent thereto is completely located within a vertical projection of the corresponding light-shielding pattern. The touch electrode patterns are disposed corresponding to the metal common lines, and a vertical projection of each touch electrode pattern is completely located within a vertical projection of the corresponding common electrode portion.

Touch display device

A touch display device includes a display panel and an electrode layer. The display panel includes a plurality of sub-pixels. The electrode layer is disposed on the display panel, and has a dummy electrode area and a touch electrode area. The electrode layer includes a plurality of repeated units and a plurality of connection structures. The repeated units are disposed in the dummy electrode area and the touch electrode area. Each of the repeated units overlaps with at least one sub pixel. Each of the repeated units includes a plurality of slits. The slits include a straight line slit and a bent line slit connected with the straight line slit. The connection structures are disposed in the slits of the repeated units disposed in the touch electrode area. Each of the repeated units disposed in the touch electrode area has at least one connection structure.

A touch display panel including a display panel and a touch electrode layer is provided. The display panel has a display region and a peripheral region. The touch electrode layer includes a non-edge unit region and an edge unit region, wherein the vertical projection of the non-edge unit region is completely located within the vertical projection of the display region, the vertical projection of the edge unit region overlaps the vertical projections of the display region and the peripheral region, and the size of the edge unit region is greater than the size of the non-edge unit region. The touch electrode layer includes a first electrode series and a second electrode series extending in different directions. The area of the first electrode series disposed within the non-edge unit region is A, the area of the first electrode series disposed within the edge unit region is A', and (|A&#x2212;A&#x2032;|)/A&#x2264;10%. The area of the second electrode series disposed within the non-edge unit region is A, the area of the second electrode series disposed within the edge unit region is A&#x2032;, and (|A&#x2212;A&#x2032;|)/A&#x2264;10%. A capacitance value between the first and second electrode series disposed within the non-edge unit region is C, a capacitance value between the first and second electrode series disposed within the edge unit region is C&#x2032;, and (|C&#x2212;C&#x2032;|)&#x2264;10%.

Touch display panel

A touch display apparatus includes a first substrate including first and second surfaces, a second substrate having a side facing the second surface and provided with a pixel electrode layer, an insulator layer and a common electrode layer, and a liquid crystal (LC) layer disposed between the first and second substrates. The second surface is provided with opening areas, a non-opening area surrounding the opening areas, a black matrix layer, a color filter layer, a protection layer, a touch electrode layer, first and second flat layers, and a patterned viewing angle control transparent electrode layer including control electrode members disposed corresponding to the opening areas, first connection electrode members disposed corresponding to the non-opening area in a first direction and connected to the control electrode members, and second connection electrode members disposed corresponding to the non-opening area in a second direction and connected to the first connection electrode members.

Touch display apparatus with anti-peeping technology

A touch apparatus including a first touch electrode and a second touch electrode is provided. The first touch electrode has first conductive lines constituting a mesh pattern. The second touch electrode has second conductive lines constituting a mesh pattern. The first touch electrode crosses over the second touch electrode to form an interlacing region of the first touch electrode and the second touch electrode. The first conductive lines of the first touch electrode and the second conductive lines of the second touch electrode form M interlacing points within the interlacing region. A method for manufacturing a touch panel includes the following steps. A plurality of first sensing electrodes and a plurality of second sensing electrodes are formed on the first substrate. A first insulator layer is formed to cover the first sensing electrodes and the second sensing electrodes. Holes are formed in the first insulator layer, in which a portion of the first sensing electrodes is exposed through the holes. A conductive layer is formed on the first insulator layer and in the holes. The conductive layer is patterned to form a bridge electrode and a shield electrode. The bridge electrode is electrically connected to the first sensing electrodes through the holes. A vertical projection of the shield electrode on the first substrate at least overlaps with a vertical projection of at least one of the first sensing electrodes and the second sensing electrodes on the first substrate.

Touch panel and method for manufacturing the same

A touch sensing display apparatus includes a color filter substrate, a first touch sensing layer, an insulating layer, a second touch sensing layer, a plurality of photo spacers, a thin film transistor (TFT) substrate, and a liquid crystal layer. The color filter substrate includes a light-blocking layer. The first touch sensing layer is disposed on the light-blocking layer. The insulating layer is disposed on a side of the color filter substrate disposing with the first touch sensing layer. The first touch sensing layer is located between the insulating layer and the light-blocking layer. The second touch sensing layer is disposed on a side of the insulating layer away from the first touch sensing layer. The plurality of photo spacers is disposed on the side of the insulating layer away from the first touch sensing layer, and covers the second touch sensing layer. The TFT substrate is disposed on a side of the photo spacers away from the insulating layer. The liquid crystal layer is disposed between the insulating layer and the TFT substrate.

Touch sensing display apparatus and method for fabricating same

A touch display panel including an active device array substrate, an opposite substrate and a liquid crystal layer is provided. The active device array substrate includes a first substrate, a black matrix, a touch-sensing device layer, a dielectric layer and an active device array layer. The black matrix is disposed on the first substrate. The touch-sensing device layer is disposed on the first substrate to cover a portion of the black matrix. The dielectric layer covers the touch-sensing device layer. The active device array layer is disposed on the dielectric layer. The touch-sensing device layer and the active device array substrate are located at two opposite sides of the dielectric layer. The liquid crystal layer is disposed between the active device array layer and the opposite substrate. Moreover, a fabricating method of the touch display panel is also provided.

A capacitive touch sensor structure comprises a substrate, a first transmissive electrode, a first wire, a first receiving electrode and a second wire. The first transmissive electrode is disposed on the substrate and has at least one first electrode. The first wire is disposed on the substrate and connects to the first electrode of the first transmissive electrode. The first receiving electrode is disposed on the substrate and has at least one second electrode. The second wire is disposed on the substrate and extends along a first direction to connect to the first receiving electrode. The first electrode has a plurality of first slits and the second electrode has a plurality of second slits.

Capacitive touch sensor structure and applications thereof

A touch sensing display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a touch sensing device, a patterned electrode layer, an insulating layer, and a sealant. The first substrate has a touch sensing region, and a sealant region surrounding the touch sensing region. The touch sensing device is disposed on an inner surface of the first substrate in the touch sensing region. The patterned electrode layer is disposed on the inner surface of the substrate in the sealant region, and the patterned electrode layer includes a plurality of connecting lines electrically connected to a touch sensing device, and an auxiliary electrode. The auxiliary electrode is not directly electrically connected to the connecting lines and the touch sensing device. The sealant is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate in the sealant region, and at least one of the connecting lines and the auxiliary electrode overlap the sealant.

A touch panel includes first sensing pads, first bridge lines, second sensing pads, adjusting electrodes, second bridge lines and third bridge lines. The first sensing pad has a first opening. The first sensing pads and the first bridge lines are arranged alternately along a first direction and electrically connected to each other. The second sensing pads and the second bridge lines are arranged alternately along a second direction and electrically connected to each other. The adjusting electrodes are disposed in the first openings and the second openings, and the adjusting electrodes are electrically disconnected from the first sensing pads and the second sensing pads. Adjacent adjusting electrodes are electrically connected through the third bridge line. The first sensing pads, the second sensing pads and the adjusting electrodes are made of a same patterned conductive layer.
