A wireless power-charging module is provided, including a magnetic core, a coil, and a magnetic glue, wherein a gap is formed between the magnetic core and the coil. The coil and the magnetic glue are disposed on the surface of the magnetic core, wherein the magnetic glue fills the gap between the magnetic core and the coil.

Wireless power-charging module

A transformer includes a base, a magnetic core assembly and at least one winding coil assembly. The base includes a first receptacle and at least one first receiving recess. The magnetic core assembly includes a first magnetic part, a second magnetic part and a third magnetic part. The base is arranged between the first magnetic part and the second magnetic part. The first magnetic part has a first post accommodated within the first receptacle. The at least one winding coil assembly is disposed on the base. The third magnetic part is optionally accommodated within the first receiving recess, so that an air gap between the third magnetic part and the first magnetic part/the second magnetic part is adjustable.

Transformer structure

A transformer includes a case, a magnetic device and a thermally conductive layer. The case has a receptacle. The magnetic device is disposed within the receptacle, and includes a winding member and a magnetic core assembly. The thermally conductive layer is arranged between the magnetic device and the case for electrically isolating the magnetic device from the case. The heat generated by the magnetic device is transferred to the case through the thermally conductive layer and dissipated away to ambient air.

A magnetic element module includes a magnetic core assembly and at least one first winding structure. The magnetic core assembly includes a first magnetic core and a second magnetic core. The first magnetic core includes a first magnetic slab and a first magnetic post. The second magnetic core includes a second magnetic slab and a second magnetic post. The first winding structure is sheathed around the first magnetic post. The first magnetic post is placed on a second edge of the second magnetic slab. The second magnetic post is placed on a first edge of the first magnetic slab. The first magnetic core, the second magnetic core and the first winding structure are combined together, thereby producing the magnetic element module.
