A fluid immersion cooling system has a fluid tank containing a hydrocarbon dielectric fluid as a coolant fluid. One or more components of an electronic system is immersed in the coolant fluid. A gas cylinder contains a non-flammable, compressed filling gas. The temperature of the coolant fluid is monitored during operation of the electronic system. The filling gas is released from the gas cylinder and into the fluid tank when the temperature of the coolant fluid rises to a trigger temperature that is set based on the flash point of the coolant fluid. The filling gas covers a surface of the coolant fluid to block oxygen from interacting with vapors of the coolant fluid to prevent combustion.

The control device determines the heating temperature of the fusion nozzle according to slicing contour information of a slicing object in the slicing image. In addition, a three-dimensional printing method is also provided.

A three dimensional printing method and a three dimensional printing apparatus are provided. Layer information of a three dimensional object is obtained, wherein the three dimensional object includes at least one layer object and the layer information includes a plurality of coordinate point locations of the at least one layer object. A geometry parameter is calculated according to the coordinate point locations, and whether the layer object includes at least one small-area object is determined according to the geometry parameter. If the layer object includes the at least one small-area object, a feed-material output amount associated with the small-area object is reduced. A printing module is controlled to print the small-area object according to the reduced feed-material output amount.

Three dimensional printing method and three dimensional printing apparatus

A physiological information collecting system and a transceiver device thereof are configured to collect physiological information from animal bodies. The transceiver device includes a front-end circuit, a follower circuit, a quadrature delay line and an output circuit. The front-end circuit separates a discontinuous signal into an in-phase signal and a quadrature signal. The follower circuit outputs a control voltage and rotates the in-phase signal by a predetermined phase angle to output a follower signal. The quadrature delay line rotates the quadrature signal by a corresponding phase angle according to the control voltage. The output circuit synthesizes the follower signal and the quadrature signal and outputs a data signal by demodulating the discontinuous signal. Consequently, the transceiver device reduces the bandwidth range of the discontinuous signal when receiving the discontinuous signal, reduces the power consumed by the transceiver device, and demodulates the discontinuous signal with various transmission rates of different data.

Various embodiments of the present disclosure may include an imaging system with a plurality of camera modules. The view configuration of the camera modules may be switchable. Thus, the imaging system may switch between, at least, a 180 view configuration and a 360 degree view configuration. A building material is melted and printed out on the platform according to the layer thickness by the three-dimensional printing head to form the at last one layer object. Ink is dispensed on the at last one layer object according to the adjusted ink discharge volume by the inkjet head to form the ink layer.

Three-dimensional printing apparatus and inkjet coloring method thereof

A three-dimensional (3-D) printing apparatus and a three dimensional printing method are provided. The three dimensional printing method includes following steps. A closed printing path of a closed-contour structure is obtained, wherein the closed printing path includes a printing start point and a printing end point. A printing head is controlled to move from the printing start point and along a front segment of the closed printing path according to a first moving speed, and the printing head is controlled to simultaneously extrude a building material. After the printing head moves along the front segment of the closed printing path, the printing head is controlled to move to the printing end point along a rear segment of the closed printing path according to a second moving speed, and the printing head is controlled to simultaneously extrude the building material. The second moving speed is less than the first moving speed.

A printing method for shielding component adopted to print a shielding component () of a 3D model () having multiple printing layers () is disclosed. The method first obtains all candidate points of first layer of the shielding component () and chooses one of the candidate points as a start point () of the first layer according to a default rule, and prints the first layer from the chosen start point (). Next, the method obtains all candidate points of next layer of the shielding component () and chooses one of the candidate points of the next layer which is closest to the start point () of last layer to be printed as a start point of the next layer, and prints the next layer from the chosen start point.

A method of slicing and printing a colour 3D model is disclosed. The method includes following steps: loading a model data corresponding to a colour 3D model; adding a pollution-blocking structure next to the colour 3D model; executing a slicing process to the pollution-blocking structure and the colour 3D model for generating a plurality of pollution-blocking slices and a plurality of model slices and configuring colour of each of the model slices; and, controlling a modeling nozzle () of a multi-colour 3D printer () to print the pollution-blocking slices and the model slices layer by layer and controlling a coloring nozzle () of the multi-colour 3D printer () to color each of the model slices.

Method of slicing and printing colour 3D model

A three dimension (3D) printing coloring method and a 3D printing system are provided. The method includes: generating printing object information according to model information of a 3D object, where the printing object information includes first contour coloring information and second contour coloring information; determining whether a similarity degree of the first contour coloring information and the second contour coloring information conforms to a default condition; if the similarity degree conforms to the default condition, controlling, according to the first contour coloring information and the second contour coloring information, a 3D printing device to perform a simultaneous coloring operation on a first printing layer and a second printing layer of a 3D object. Therefore, a working efficiency of the 3D printing device can be improved.

A temperature control method of printing and a device thereof are provided, wherein the method and the device is adapted to a 3D printer which has a discharge nozzle. The control method includes the following steps. A temperature rule table is provided, and the temperature rule table is formed by a printing speed parameter and a discharge speed parameter of the 3D printer. At least one printing speed information and at least one discharge speed information are received. Corresponding temperature information is obtained from the temperature rule table according to the printing speed information and the discharge speed information. Further, a temperature of the discharge nozzle is adjusted according to the printing speed information, the discharge speed and the at least one temperature information.

Control method of printing temperature and device thereof

A method for printing a model for a 3D printer includes: perform a slicing process on an outer-frame object for generating multiple slicing-route files of multiple printing layers; perform the slicing process on a modeling object for generating multiple inkjet graphic files of the multiple printing layers; print a slicing object of one printing layer according to corresponding one of the slicing-route files; perform a filling process to the inside of the printed slicing object; perform a coloring process on the inside of the printed slicing object according to one of the inkjet graphic files corresponding to the same printing layer; and re-execute the above printing steps until all the printing layers are printed. The inside of the 3D model is colored via the inkjet graphic files generated after processing on the modeling object generating the visual effect that the modeling object is accommodated within the 3D model.
