A micro light emitting diode display panel including a plurality of display units and a control element is provided. The plurality of display units are arranged in an array and each of the plurality of display units includes a first sub-pixel. The first sub-pixel includes a first micro light-emitting diode and a second micro light-emitting diode. The control element is configured to control light emission of the first micro light-emitting diode and the second micro light-emitting diode and determines operating currents of the first micro light-emitting diode and the second micro light-emitting diode. In a same display image, the operating current of the first micro light-emitting diode increases as an operating temperature of the first sub-pixel increases.

Micro light-emitting diode display panel

A transparent display panel with a light-transmitting substrate, a plurality of top-emitting micro light emitting diodes, a plurality of bottom-emitting micro light emitting diodes, and a light shielding layer. The light transmissive substrate has a surface. A first light-emitting region of a first micro light-emitting device, a second light-emitting region of a second micro light-emitting device, and a third light-emitting region of a third micro light-emitting device are located in a first pixel region. A light-emitting device includes an epitaxial structure, and first and second electrodes. The epitaxial structure has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other, first dislocation density regions and second dislocation density regions. The first dislocation density regions and the second dislocation density regions are alternately disposed between the first surface and the second surface. A dislocation density of each first dislocation density region is lower than a dislocation density of each second dislocation density region and a quantity of the first dislocation density regions is at least ten. The epitaxial structure further includes a light-emitting layer, a first-type semiconductor layer and a second-type semiconductor layer disposed on two opposite sides of the light-emitting layer. The first electrode and the second electrode are electrically connected to the first-type semiconductor layer and the second-type semiconductor layer, respectively. A light-emitting device structure adopting the light-emitting device is provided.

Light-emitting device and light-emitting device structure

A micro light emitting diode chip includes a light emitting layer, a first type semiconductor layer, and a second type semiconductor layer. The light emitting layer includes a metal element and a plurality of non-epitaxial media. The non-epitaxial media are separated from each other to disperse the metal element. A spacing between any two adjacent non-epitaxial media is less than 100 nanometers. The first type semiconductor layer is disposed on one side of the light emitting layer. The second type semiconductor layer is disposed on the other side of the light emitting layer.

A micro semiconductor device and a micro semiconductor display are provided. The micro semiconductor device includes an epitaxial structure, a first electrode, a second electrode and a supporting layer. The epitaxial structure has a bottom surface and a top surface, wherein the bottom surface is defined as a central region and a peripheral region. A first electrode and a second electrode are disposed on the central region of the bottom surface of the epitaxial structure, or the first electrode is disposed on the central region of the bottom surface of the epitaxial structure and the second electrode is disposed on the top surface of the epitaxial structure. The supporting layer is disposed on the peripheral region of the bottom surface of the epitaxial structure.

A carrier structure suitable for transferring or supporting a plurality of micro devices includes a carrier and a plurality of transfer units. The carrier has a carrier surface and a plurality of recesses disposed on the carrier surface. The transfer units are respectively disposed in the recesses and a plurality of transferring surfaces are exposed. Each micro device has a device surface. The transferring surface of each transfer unit is configured to be connected to the device surface of the corresponding micro device. An electrode structure includes a first electrode and a second electrode disposed opposite to each other. The first electrode has a first side and a second side. The second side is located between the first side and the second electrode. The first electrode has a maximum vertical length and a minimum vertical length from the first side to the second side, and a ratio of the minimum vertical length to the maximum vertical length is less than 0.8. The second electrode and the first electrode are separated by a first vertical gap and a second vertical gap, and the second vertical gap is greater than the first vertical gap.
