A capacitive touch sensing circuit includes a first switch to a fourteenth switch, an operational amplifier, a comparator, a detection capacitor, a feedback capacitor, an amplifier capacitor and a mutual inductance capacitor. The tenth switch is coupled between a first node and a second node respectively coupled to a negative input terminal and an output terminal of operational amplifier. The amplifier capacitor is coupled between a third node and a fourth node. The eleventh switch is coupled between the first node and the third node. The twelfth switch is coupled between the second node and the fourth node. The thirteenth switch is coupled between the third node and the second node. The fourteenth switch is coupled between the fourth node and the first node. The capacitive touch sensing circuit sequentially operates under a first charging phase, a first transfer phase, a second charging phase and a second transfer phase.

Capacitive touch sensing circuit

A capacitive touch sensing circuit includes a first switch&#x2dc;a fifth switch, an internal capacitor, an integrator and a capacitor. The first switch and an external capacitor are coupled in series between a first voltage and a ground voltage, one terminal of the second switch is coupled between the first switch and the external capacitor, and one terminal of the third switch is coupled to the other terminal of the second switch. The fourth switch and the internal capacitor are coupled in series between a second voltage and the ground voltage, wherein the second voltage is a negative value of the first voltage, and one terminal of the fifth switch is coupled to the other terminal of the second switch and the other terminal of the fifth switch is coupled between the fourth switch and the internal capacitor. One input terminal of the integrator is coupled to the other terminal of the third switch, the other input terminal of the integrator is coupled to a reference voltage, and the output terminal of the integrator outputs an output voltage. The capacitor is coupled between the input terminal and the output terminal of the integrator.

Capacitive touch sensing circuit and charge compensation method thereof

A self-capacitive touch sensing circuit including an operational amplifier, an internal capacitor, a first switch and a second switch is disclosed. A first input terminal and a second input terminal of operational amplifier are coupled to a capacitor and ground respectively and an output terminal of operational amplifier outputs an output voltage. The internal capacitor is coupled between the output terminal and first input terminal of operational amplifier. One terminal of first switch is coupled to a first external charging voltage and another terminal of first switch is coupled between the capacitor and the first input terminal. The first external charging voltage is higher than the second external charging voltage. The first switch and second switch are switched according to a specific order, so that the first external charging voltage or second external charging voltage will charge the capacitor.

Self-capacitive touch sensing circuit and noise suppressing method applied to self-capacitive touch panel

A mutual-capacitive touch sensing circuit includes an operational amplifier, an internal capacitor, a first switch&#x2dc;a third switch. A first input terminal and a second input terminal of operational amplifier are coupled to a capacitor and ground respectively and an output terminal of operational amplifier outputs an output voltage. The internal capacitor is coupled to output terminal and first input terminal. The first switch is coupled to a first external charging voltage, capacitor and first input terminal. The second switch is coupled to a second external charging voltage and the capacitor. The third switch is coupled to a third external charging voltage, the second switch and capacitor. The second external charging voltage and third external charging voltage have same magnitude but opposite polarities. The first switch, second switch and third switch are switched in a specific order to selectively charge the capacitor with different external charging voltages.

Mutual-capacitive touch sensing circuit and noise suppressing method applied to mutual-capacitive touch panel

An in-cell mutual-capacitive touch panel is disclosed. The in-cell mutual-capacitive touch panel includes a plurality of pixels. A laminated structure of each pixel includes a substrate, a TFT layer, a liquid crystal layer, a color filter layer and a glass layer. The TFT layer is disposed on the substrate. A first conductive layer and a common electrode are disposed in the TFT layer. The first conductive layer is arranged in mesh type or only arranged along a first direction in an active area of the in-cell mutual-capacitive touch panel. The liquid crystal layer is disposed above the TFT layer. The color filter layer is disposed above the liquid crystal layer. The glass layer is disposed above the color filter layer.

In-cell mutual-capacitive touch panel

An in-cell mutual-capacitive touch panel and its trace layout are disclosed. Horizontal traces of first direction touch electrode and horizontal traces of MFL electrode are disposed at both upper-side and lower-side out of an active area of in-cell mutual-capacitive touch panel respectively. The horizontal traces of MFL electrode are closer to the active area of in-cell mutual-capacitive touch panel than the horizontal traces of first direction touch electrode to reduce the additional coupling between the traces and electrodes. At least one trace is disposed at right-side and left-side out of an active area of in-cell mutual-capacitive touch panel to reduce entire RC loading of the in-cell mutual-capacitive touch panel.

In-cell mutual-capacitive touch panel and trace layout thereof

An in-cell mutual-capacitive touch panel having low RC loading and its trace layout are disclosed. A first conductive layer and a second conductive layer are used as bridge of TX electrode and MFL electrode above an active area of in-cell mutual-capacitive touch panel. The second conductive layer and a transparent conductive layer are used as bridge of TX electrode and MFL electrode at the lower-side out of the active area. Cooperated with at least one driving IC having more than two sets of TX electrode pins and MFL electrode pins and the number of the at least one driving IC is determined according to the size of the in-cell mutual-capacitive touch panel. At the same time, the second conductive layer has traces in parallel distributed in the same electrode area of the active area. Therefore, the RC loading of the in-cell mutual-capacitive touch panel of the invention can be largely reduced.
