An electronic device includes a first substrate, a second substrate disposed opposite to the first substrate, a first conductive line disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate, a second conductive line disposed adjacent to the first conductive line, a spacer disposed between the first conductive line and the second substrate, a first dummy pad disposed adjacent to the first conductive line, and a second dummy pad disposed adjacent to the first conductive line and at a side of the first conductive line opposite to the first dummy pad. The first conductive line and the common electrode line are comprised in a same layer. The spacer overlaps the scan line.

A backlight device to provide a light source is provided. The backlight device includes a switching element, a graphics processor, and a graphics generator. The graphics processor is electrically connected to the switching element, and generates a partition data signal. The graphics generator is electrically connected to the switching element, and generates an image signal. When the backlight device operates in a normal mode, the switching element receives the partition data signal, so that different blocks of the backlight device have different levels of brightness. When the backlight device operates in a safe mode, the switching element receives the image signal, so that different blocks of the backlight device have the same level of brightness.

A touch display device including a first substrate, a second substrate, a display medium, and a pixel array structure is provided. The pixel array structure includes a scan line, a data line, an active device, pixel electrodes, a signal electrode layer and a signal transmission layer. The scan line intersects the data line. The active device is connected to the scan line and the data line. The pixel electrodes are arranged in an array. The signal electrode layer includes signal electrodes. The signal transmission layer includes a signal line disposed between two adjacent columns of the pixel electrodes and electrically connected to one of the signal electrodes. The data line includes at least a portion located outside of the signal line.

Touch display device

A display substrate is provided. The display substrate includes a first insulating layer disposed on a substrate, a second insulating layer disposed on the first insulating layer. In particular, the first insulating layer has a first opening and the second insulating layer has a second opening, wherein the first opening and the second opening are partially overlapped. Further, in a cross-sectional view, the first insulating layer corresponding to the first opening has two first bottom ends, and the second insulating layer corresponding to the second opening has two second bottom ends, a location of a first vertical central line between the two first bottom ends is different from a location of a second vertical central line between the two second bottom ends, and the first vertical central line and the second vertical central line are substantially parallel to a normal direction of the surface.

Display substrate and display device

A touch display device including a touch display panel and a data line driving circuit is provided. The touch display panel includes a plurality of pixels and a first shift register unit. The first shift register unit provides a first shifted signal to a first portion of the pixels. A first transistor receives a clock signal, is coupled to an output node, and outputs the first shifted signal. A second transistor receives a first trigger signal, is coupled to the first transistor. A third transistor is coupled to the second transistor, receives a first operation voltage and a second trigger signal. A fourth transistor is coupled to the first source, receives a second operation voltage and the second trigger signal. A capacitor is coupled between the first transistor and stacked by a first metal layer, a second metal layer, and a third metal layer.

Touch display device with capacitor having large capacitance

A display device is provided. The display device includes a display region, a first conductive loop disposed outside the display region, wherein the first conductive loop includes at least one first conductive block and at least two second conductive blocks, wherein a dielectric layer is disposed between the at least one first conductive block and the at least two second conductive blocks and has at least two via holes, and wherein the at least two second conductive blocks are electrically connected the at least one first conductive block by the at least two via holes.

The insulating layer is between the metal layer and first electrode layer, and covers the metal layer. The insulating layer has a first indentation. A surface of the first substrate has a second indentation corresponding to the first indentation and having a first width. The second substrate is opposite to the first substrate. The first spacer is on the second substrate and has a top surface opposite to the second indentation. The top surface and the second indentation at least partially overlap, and the top surface has a second width larger than the first width.
