A driving method of touch panels is disclosed. The touch panel includes gate lines and data lines intersecting with each other, and at least one switch component arranged at intersections of the gate lines and the data lines, and the switch component connects to the gate line and the data line. During a touch scanning phase, when a touch scanning voltage is applied to a gate line, a gate turn-off voltage of the gate line oscillates together with the touch scanning voltage at the same amplitude and frequency to prevent the switch component from being turned on during the touch scanning phase. In addition, the touch panel and the touch display driven by the driving method are disclosed.

Touch panels and the driving methods and touch displays thereof

The disclosure provides GOA circuits used for switching display on a screen or on two screens and a driving method thereof. The GOA circuits include first GOA circuits on two sides of a main screen to control display of the main screen, second GOA circuits on two sides of the secondary screen to control display of the secondary screen, a first group of GOA control signals, controlling signal output of the first GOA circuits, a second group of GOA control signals, controlling signal output of the second GOA circuits, a switch controller, connecting the first GOA circuits and the second GOA circuits, and controlling connection or disconnection of the first group of GOA control signals and the second group of GOA control signals respectively.

GOA circuits used for switching display on a screen or on two screens and driving method thereof

A plug-in touch display device includes a capacitive touch screen stacked on a display module. The display module includes a display panel and a backlight module that are supported in a middle frame. The display panel includes an array substrate that includes a pixel electrode, which also serves as a first capacitive sensing electrode. The middle frame has one side facing the backlight module and receiving a second capacitive sensing electrode arranged therein. A gap exists between the second capacitive sensing electrode and backlight module. The first capacitive sensing electrode and the second capacitive sensing electrode configure an electrode-induction device jointly, for sensing a pressure signal applied on the capacitive touch screen. In a display time period of one frame, the pixel electrode transmits pixel voltage signals and pressure sensing signals alternately.

Plug-in touch display device and an electronic device

A touch control liquid crystal display device, having a display panel and a backlight module disposed opposite each other and a middle frame supporting the panel and module. The panel includes an array and a filter substrate disposed opposite each other and a liquid crystal layer disposed there-between; wherein, a driving electrode layer is disposed on the array substrate, a first induction electrode layer is disposed on the filter substrate, the driving electrode layer and the first induction electrode layer constitute a capacitive touch control structure. Wherein, a second induction electrode layer is disposed on a side of the middle frame facing the module, there is a gap between the second induction electrode layer and the module. The second induction electrode layer and the driving electrode layer constitute a capacitive induction mechanism to induct a pressure signal applied on the panel. An electronic apparatus including the above device is also disclosed.

Touch control liquid crystal display device and electronic apparatus

The present application discloses a backlight module and a liquid crystal display device, the backlight module includes a first connecting terminal disposed on the backlight module for connecting the liquid crystal panel; a second connecting terminal disposed on the backlight module for connecting the control circuit board; a processing circuit is formed on one side of the backlight module to connect to the first connecting terminal and the second connecting terminal, respectively, and for realizing the signal processing and the connection between the liquid crystal panel and the control circuit board. The application can eliminate the conventional FPCA and reducing the thickness and weight of the liquid crystal display device.

Backlight module and liquid crystal display device

A mutual capacitive embedded touch panel is provided. The touch panel includes multiple touch units, each is formed by a pixel electrode layer, a first intermediate layer, a second intermediate layer, a common electrode layer, a third intermediate layer and a thin-film transistor array, wherein, the common electrode layer of each touch unit can be divided into a driving region, a first floating region, a second floating region, a first shielding region and a second shielding region; two opposite sides of the driving region respectively form the first and the second shielding regions; the first and the second floating regions are respectively formed at sides of the first second shielding regions away from the driving region. Accordingly, capacitance at the junction portion is similar with capacitance of the scanning line at the non-junction portion in to avoid generating obvious stripes at the junction portion of two adjacent touch units.
