The present invention provides an electrochemical unit, a manufacturing method for the same and a use of the same as a component of batteries, and an electrochemical device including the same. The electrochemical unit includes a mixture layer and a transition metal oxide layer. The mixture layer includes an oxide made of a first transition metal, an oxide made of a second transition metal, and a first alkali metal. The transition metal oxide layer is disposed on one side of the mixture layer, where the transition metal oxide layer includes a third transition metal oxide.

The invention provides an in cell touch display device and a common voltage generating method thereof. The in cell touch display device includes a timing controller and a common voltage generator. The timing controller generates a control signal, divides a time section into a display scanning time section and a touch scanning time section according to the control signal, and divides the touch scanning time section into a touch start time section, a touch execution time section, and a touch end time section sequentially. The common voltage generator raises a common voltage to a first voltage in the touch start time section, provides a periodical pulse signal in the touch execution time section to generate the common voltage, and lowers the common voltage to a second voltage in the touch end time section, so as to improve the efficiency of touch scanning without affecting the efficiency of display scanning.

In cell touch display device and common voltage generating method thereof

A touch apparatus includes a substrate, a plurality of first sensing electrodes, a plurality of second sensing electrodes, a plurality of third sensing electrodes, a plurality of fourth sensing electrodes, a switch module and a control unit. The switch module is electrically connected with the first sensing electrodes, the second sensing electrodes, the third sensing electrodes and the fourth sensing electrodes. The control unit is electrically connected with the switch module. The touch apparatus decide the connection mode of the switch module according to the touch strength of a touch point on the touch apparatus.

Touch apparatus

A panel structure includes a glass layer, a plurality of first indium tin oxide (ITO) strips, a plurality of third indium tin oxide strips, a liquid crystal layer, a plurality of second indium tin oxide strips, and a plurality of fourth indium tin oxide strips. The panel structure operates in a grating mode during a first predetermined time. The first indium tin oxide strips receive a voltage, and the second indium tin oxide strips and the fourth indium tin oxide strips are grounded when the panel structure operates in the grating mode. The panel structure operates in a touch-sensing mode during a second predetermined time. The first indium tin oxide strips sequentially receive a driving voltage, and the fourth indium tin oxide strips detect a touch event when the panel structure operates in the touch-sensing mode. The grating mode and the touch-sensing mode of the panel structure are implemented alternately.

A method of driving touch display includes a switching circuit driving each block of N blocks of a touch panel to display a corresponding image according to a driving signal generated by a liquid crystal driving unit during a first predetermined time within each horizontal synchronization signal period corresponding to the block between two vertical synchronization signals of the touch panel; the switching circuit executing touch scanning on M blocks of the N blocks only corresponding to the block according to touch scanning signals generated by a touch control unit during a second predetermined time within the horizontal synchronization signal period; and the touch control unit receiving and processing a touch scanning result corresponding to each block of the M blocks through the switching circuit during a third predetermined time within the horizontal synchronization signal period, where N and M are integers, and M is smaller than N.
