A hard optical film, a method for producing the same and use thereof. The film is an optical film with a nano-dual-phase structure, and features a regulable thickness, high visible light transmittance and hardness, a flat and uniform surface, and a great application prospect. The hard optical film is prepared on a surface of a substrate by magnetron sputtering, having high binding force between the obtained film and the substrate, such that the substrate has a very high hardness, a very strong abrasion resistance and certain corrosion resistance.

Hard optical film, method for preparing same and use thereof

Disclosed are a polymer composite material and a preparation method thereof. The polymer composite material includes a polymer base layer and a metal thin film layer provided on a surface of the polymer base layer. The metal thin film layer is made of amorphous alloy. The surface of the polymer base layer is provided with a metal thin film with an amorphous structure. In this way, the arrangement of the metal thin film with amorphous structure can not only improve the mechanical properties, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the polymer substrate material, but also can greatly improve the toughness of the polymer substrate material, to simultaneously improve the strength and toughness of the polymer material.

Polymer composite material and preparation method thereof

A system and a method for a nanostructured film including a first layer for reflecting at least a portion of an electromagnetic radiation and a second layer for receiving the remainder of the electromagnetic radiation through the first layer and subsequently reflecting at least a portion of the received electromagnetic radiation through the first layer, wherein two electromagnetic radiations with the same wavelength reflected by the first and second layers respectively are combined to form a strengthened electromagnetic radiation, the wavelength of the strengthened electromagnetic radiation being variable based on the physical property of the first layer.
