A bus bar unit includes an inner bus bar and an outer bus bar extending in a circumferential direction about a central axis of a motor and connected to a coil of a stator and held by a bus bar holder which is a resin molded structure and the outer bus bar is disposed outward in a radial direction with respect to the inner bus bar. The bus bar holder includes a first inner support wall to support an outer circumferential surface of the inner bus bar, a first outer support wall to support an inner circumferential surface of the outer bus bar, openings open in parallel or substantially in parallel in at least one of the first inner support wall and the first outer support wall in the circumferential direction, and through which a lead wire of the coil passes, and a connection rib extending in the radial direction between the openings adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction to connect the first inner support wall to the first outer support wall.

Bus bar unit and motor including the same

A phase bus bar unit includes a bus bar holder that is an insulator and supports of bus bars for phases of a motor rotating about a central axis, and a bus bar cover which is an insulator, covers at least one side of each of the bus bars in an axial direction, and is fixed to the bus bar holder. Each of the bus bars includes a base, extensions each extending outward in a radial direction from the base, and a terminal installed on an outer end of each of the extensions in the radial direction. The bus bar cover includes protrusions each protruding to another side in the axial direction, and the protrusions are in contact with each of the bus bars while at least one of the protrusions is in contact with the base at or adjacent to the extension.

A motor includes a rotor including a rotation axis; a stator including coils; a cylindrical housing including an opening portion; busbars including busbar connecting portions; terminal pins including terminal connecting portions in a first direction orthogonal to an axial direction; a terminal support holding the terminal pins, wherein the housing has an insertion hole that opens towards an axial-direction one end side; the terminal support includes a protruding portion inserted into the insertion hole; one of the protruding portion and the insertion hole includes a fitting portion fitted to the other of the protruding portion and the insertion hole, and a guiding portion positioned on an insertion-end side of the fitting portion; and, in the guiding portion, a side surface on a side of the first direction is inclined in a direction opposite to the first direction with increasing distance from an open end of the insertion hole.

Motor and method of manufacturing motor

A motor includes a rotor having a shaft disposed along a central axis extending in a vertical direction; and a stator opposed to the rotor in a radial direction with a gap therebetween. The stator includes: an annular core back extending in a circumferential direction; a plurality of teeth extending from the core back in the radial direction; a plurality of coils formed of a conductive wire wound around the teeth, the coils forming a plurality of connection systems; and an insulator, at least part of which is positioned between the teeth and the coils. The coils include: a first coil wound around the teeth via the insulator; and a second coil wound around the teeth via the first coil and the insulator.

Motor, motor production method, and stator unit

A motor comprising: a stator including a plurality of coils, and a rotary axis penetrating the stator, the stator includes n (n&#x2265;2) sets of three-phase circuits, each of which is provided with three phases, each phase of the three-phase circuit has a coil group in which m (m&#x2265;2) coils are formed with a single conductive wire, and all coil groups of three-phase circuits have the same winding direction, the three-phase circuits include neutral point bus bars connecting each coil terminal on one side of each of the coil group at a neutral point, and three phase bus bars connecting each coil terminal on one side of each of the coil group, the three phase bus bars are arranged in a circumferential direction and form a phase bus bar group, and the phase bus bar group and the neutral point bus bars are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction.

Bus bar structure for a motor

A stator includes an annular core back extending circumferentially around a central axis extending vertically; a plurality of teeth extending radially from the core back; a plurality of insulators covering at least part of the teeth; and a coil formed of a conducive wire wound around the teeth via the insulators. The insulator has a cylinder extending radially, an umbrella disposed radially at an end of the cylinder and extending circumferentially in both sides, and a wall protruding from the outer side surface of the cylinder circumferentially to one side. At least part of a tip surface of the wall is inclined and approaches closer to the cylinder as it moves toward the umbrella in the radial direction. The insulator has at least one protrusion protruding to the core back side from the end of the umbrella in one side of the circumferential direction.

Stator and motor

A motor includes a shaft disposed along a central axis extending in an up-down direction, a rotor assembly mounted on the shaft, a stator radially facing the rotor assembly with a clearance therebetween, and a plurality of busbars electrically connected to the stator. The busbar includes a first busbar and a second busbar. The first busbar has an upper disposed portion that is disposed above the second busbar. The second busbar has a busbar cavity that is recessed downward at a position that overlaps with the upper disposed portion in an axial direction.
