A head up display including an image-light source, at least one reflector and a light modulation device is provided. The image-light source is configured to provide an image light. The at least one reflector is configured to transmit the image light to leave the head up display. On the transmission path of the image light, the light modulation device is disposed in the head up display. An ambient light enters the image-light source after passing through the light modulation device, and a light energy of the ambient light entering the image-light source is less than or equal to 25% of a light energy of the ambient light entering the head up display.

Head up display

The disclosure provides a display unit and a projection device. The display unit includes a first display panel having first light emitting elements configured to provide a first color light, a wavelength conversion element located on a transmission path of the first color light and having a conversion region and a non-conversion region, a second display panel having second light emitting elements configured to provide a second color light, and a light combining element. A quantum dot conversion material is disposed on the conversion region. Part of the first color light is converted into a third color light after passing through the conversion region, and another part of the first color light passes through the non-conversion region. The light combining element is located on transmission paths of the first color light, the second color light and the third color light and is configured to form an image beam.

Display unit including display panels, wavelength conversion element, and light combining element and projection device

The invention provides a projection device including a first display, a second display, a third display, a light-combining module, a first angle selector, a second angle selector, a third angle selector, and a projection lens. The first display, the second display, and the third display are respectively adapted to provide a first image beam, a second image beam, and a third image beam. The projection lens is configured on one side of a light-outgoing surface of the light-combining module, and is adapted to project the first image beam, the second image beam, and the third image beam out of the projection device. The first image beam, the second image beam, and the third image beam respectively pass through the first angle selector, the second angle selector, and the third angle selector, and are then transmitted to the projection lens by the light-combining module.

Projection device

The disclosure provides a light source module including a substrate, multiple light-emitting elements, multiple reflecting elements, and an encapsulation layer. The reflecting elements and light-emitting elements are disposed in stack arrangement in the direction perpendicular to the substrate surface, respectively. The encapsulation layer disposed between the reflecting elements and light-emitting elements includes multiple first grooves and main portions. The first grooves located between the light-emitting elements are connected to each other. The main portions cover the light-emitting elements, and the reflecting elements and the light-emitting elements are disposed in the central position of the main portions having multiple first inclined ridges disposed around the central position to define the first grooves in the first direction parallel to the extending direction of the substrate surface. The first angle included between the first inclined ridge and the surface of the substrate is less than 90 degrees.

Light source module

A light source module including a substrate and a plurality of light emitting units is provided. The light emitting units are disposed on a surface of the substrate and each light emitting unit includes a first light emitting device, a second light emitting device, a first reflective element, a second reflective element and a package structure. The first reflective element and the second reflective element are respectively overlapped with the first light emitting device and the second light emitting device along a direction being perpendicular to the surface of the substrate. The package structure is disposed between the first reflective element, the second reflective element, the first light emitting device and the second light emitting device. The package structure includes a main body portion and a first recess. The main body portion covers the first light emitting device and the second light emitting device.

A light source module includes a plurality of light emitting dies provided on a bearing surface of a substrate, an encapsulation layer covering the bearing surface and the light emitting dies, a plurality of reflecting recesses respectively formed opposite the plurality of light emitting dies on a light exit surface of the encapsulation layer and having a surrounding surface inclined relative to the light exit surface, and a plurality of reflection patterns respectively disposed in the plurality of reflecting recesses. A display panel might be coupled to the light emitting surface.

Display light source module having encapsulated LEDs and reflective recess with reflective patterns

A wavelength conversion structure and a projection device are provided. The wavelength conversion structure is disposed on a transmission path of an illumination light beam emitted by a light source of the projection device, and includes a rotary disc, a wavelength conversion material, and a scattering-reflective material. The rotary disc has a light-conversion region and a non-light-conversion region. The light-conversion region surrounds the non-light-conversion region. The wavelength conversion material is disposed on the rotary disc, and is aligned to the light-conversion region. An energy gap of the wavelength conversion material is smaller than photon energy of the illumination light beam. The scattering-reflective material is disposed on the rotary disc, and is aligned to the light-conversion region and not aligned to the non-light-conversion region. An energy gap of the scattering-reflective material is larger than the photon energy of the illumination light beam.
