Disability-related information of a user of a computing device can be acquired, the computing device can present a scene with user interface elements to the user. An accessibility requirement of the user can be identified based on the acquired disability-related information of the user. A processing routine can be determined from a plurality of processing routines stored in a routine library based on the accessibility requirement of the user. One or more of the user interface elements of the scene can be modified using the determined processing routine. The scene with the modified one or more of the user interface elements can be presented to the user through the computing device.

Enhancing accessibility for individuals with disabilities

A computer-implemented method for generating personalized audio data is disclosed. The computer-implemented method includes receiving user input data, wherein the user input data is at least one of text or audio. The computer-implemented method further includes segmenting the user input data into a set of sentences. The computer-implemented method further includes generating, for each sentence in the set of sentences, a voice image, wherein the voice image includes at least one pronunciation tag and wave line associated with a sentence. The computer-implemented method further includes modifying the user input data based, at least in part on, the wave line and pronunciation tag of the voice image.

Speech-to-text voice visualization

A magnetic particle imaging (MPI) device based on an asymmetric bilateral structure includes a fixed section and a movable section. The fixed section includes a pair of magnetic field generation coils, and the magnetic field generation coils are configured to generate a uniform and variable magnetic field and drive a field-free point (FFP) to move along a Z-axis direction. The movable section includes a permanent magnet, excitation coils and a reception coil. The permanent magnet is configured to cooperate with the magnetic field generation coils to generate the FFP. The excitation coils are configured to move the FFP on a two-dimensional plane and excite magnetic particles to generate a nonlinear response signal. The reception coil is configured to receive an MPI signal. The MPI device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, and can perform targeted local imaging or covered overall imaging on the target object.

Magnetic particle imaging (MPI) device based on asymmetric bilateral structure

A method for selecting an application and associated operational guidance to utilize on a mobile device is disclosed. In one embodiment, such a method identifies a selected environment of interest. Within the selected environment, the method identifies one or more applications that are commonly utilized by users within the selected environment and documents the one or more applications. The method detects physical entry of a particular user into the selected environment and, in response to detecting the entry, automatically notifies the particular user of the one or more applications that are commonly utilized within the selected environment. In certain embodiments, the method enables the user to quickly launch the one or more applications and/or provides operational guidance to the user with regard to using the one or more applications. A corresponding system and computer program product are also disclosed.

Environment- and preference-based application and operation guidance selection

An MPI device based on parallel scanning of multiple magnetic field free lines (FFLs) is provided. The MPI device includes a first coil, a second coil, an excitation coil, and a receiving coil; the first coil is configured to receive a first-frequency current and generate a plurality of FFLs; the second coil is configured to receive the first-frequency current and drive the FFLs to rotate under a joint action with the first coil; the excitation coil is configured to receive a second-frequency current and drive the FFLs to scan fast; the receiving coil receives a particle signal scanned by the FFLs at each time point; and the first coil, the second coil, the excitation coil and the receiving coil are provided in longitudinal symmetry along the center of the imaging field of view.

Magnetic particle imaging device based on parallel scanning of multiple magnetic field free lines

A three-dimensional (3D) magnetic particle imaging (MPI) method and system without rotating a field-free line (FFL) are disclosed. In accordance with the method, an FFL is generated such that magnetic particles in a region far from the FFL enter a magnetic saturation state. Further, a non-uniform mixed-frequency excitation magnetic field parallel to the FFL is applied to generate intermodulation response signals. In addition, the intermodulation response signals are acquired, amplified and filtered. Moreover, the intermodulation response signals are transmitted to a digital signal processing unit and an image reconstruction unit, and an encoding matrix is constructed. Additionally, a one-dimensional (1D) concentration distribution of the magnetic particles is reconstructed based on the encoding matrix and an actually measured voltage signal. The FFL is driven for line-by-line scanning along a vertical plane of the FFL, thereby achieving 3D imaging.

Three-dimensional (3D) magnetic particle imaging (MPI) method and system without rotating field-free line (FFL)

An apparatus and a method for magnetic particle imaging and thermotherapy fusion based on field-free line inertial scanning comprises a magnetic body group, an induction coil, a living body bed, a control device, a display device, an image processing device and a cooling system. The magnetic body group comprises a long curved magnetic body pair and a cylindrical magnetic body. The control device is used to scan and image the target living body and perform thermotherapy on a preset area.

Apparatus and method for magnetic particle imaging and thermotherapy fusion based on field-free line inertial scanning

A fixation and registration calibration system for multimodal MPI is provided. The fixation and registration calibration system includes an upper limiting device connected to a lower limiting device by a hand screw and an adjustable position component, where the upper limiting device and the lower limiting device each are symmetrical about the adjustable position component; an auxiliary clamping device is fixed at an upper end of the upper limiting device; the upper limiting device, the lower limiting device, and the auxiliary clamping device are provided with magnetic particle calibration holes at different positions; and an MPI calibration sample is provided through the magnetic particle calibration holes to achieve spatial position registration calibration. The fixation and registration calibration system achieves fixation of the detected object for MPI, flexible spatial position calibration based on magnetic particles, and stable and reliable multimodal MPI.

A human-scale closed-bore MPI device and method based on radial-Cartesian trajectory scanning are provided. The human-scale closed-bore MPI device includes: a gradient module configured to generate a static gradient magnetic field; a rotating scanning module configured to construct a rotating uniform alternating magnetic field; an excitation module configured to construct a uniform alternating magnetic field; an induction module configured to acquire a nonlinear magnetization response signal of magnetic particles; and a compensation module configured to compensate for a coupling signal between a first cylindrical coil and a second cylindrical coil.

Human-scale closed-bore MPI device based on radial-cartesian trajectory scanning

A structure, a method, and an electronic device for multi-coil handheld magnetic particle imaging (MPI) are provided. The structure for multi-coil handheld MPI includes a processing device, a control device, an imager, a gradient and scanning module, an excitation and correction module, and a detection module, where the gradient and scanning module includes a first circular coil pair and a second circular coil pair; the excitation and correction module includes a circular excitation and correction coil; and the detection module includes a circular detection coil. The structure for multi-coil handheld MPI focuses the imaging region in a specific part, improving the MPI accuracy, and features small volume, simple structure, and low power consumption.

Structure, method, and electronic device for multi-coil handheld magnetic particle imaging

A handheld MPI system and method based on field free line (FFL) rotation is provided. The handheld MPI system includes: a gradient module configured to construct a gradient field with an FFL; a cooling module configured to cool the gradient module; an excitation module configured to excite magnetic particles in a region of the FFL; a detection module configured to receive an excitation response signal of the magnetic particles and counteract an excitation signal directly induced by a reception coil; a rotation module configured to control the gradient module and the cooling module to rotate around an axis of an excitation coil; a control and signal processing module configured to control each module to operate as needed, and process a received magnetic particle induction signal; and an image reconstruction module configured to reconstruct a magnetic particle distribution into a two-dimensional image.

Handheld magnetic particle imaging system and method based on field free line rotation

A hysteresis effect-based Field Free Point-Magnetic Particle Imaging (FFP-MPI) method includes the following steps: acquiring a hysteresis loop model of Superparamagnetic Iron Oxide Nanoparticles (SPIOs); calculating to obtain a Point Spread Function (PSF) of the SPIOs on the basis of a sinusoidal excitation magnetic field and the hysteresis loop model of the SPIOs; acquiring an original reconstructed image of FFP-MPI on the basis an FFP moving track and a voltage signal; performing deconvolution on the original image with respect to the PSF considering an hysteresis effect, so as to obtain a final reconstructed image; the artifacts and phase errors of image reconstruction caused by the hysteresis effect of the SPIOs with large particle sizes are reduced, the deficiency in reconstruction by the traditional reconstruction method that ignores the hysteresis effect is overcome, the reconstruction speed and the resolution are greatly improved, and the application range of the SPIOs is expanded.

Hysteresis effect-based field free point-magnetic particle imaging method

A fluorescence molecular tomography reconstruction method includes: obtaining an MPI three-dimensional tomographic image, a body surface near-infrared fluorescence two-dimensional image, and a CT image; constructing an SIS capable of accommodating the ROI, and discretizing the SIS by using a finite element method; performing data mapping to obtain detected surface fluorescence signals, a prior of the anatomical structure of tissues and organs around the tumor and a prior of the tumor; performing forward model calculation to obtain a system matrix and constructing an objective function; iteratively solving the objective function based on the Laplacian regularization matrix to obtain a fluorescence molecular tomography reconstruction result; the present invention adopts MPI to guide the FMT, achieving complete morphology and structure, clear tissue edges, and high accuracy of spatial position.

Fluorescence moleculartomography reconstruction method based on prior guidance of magnetic particle imaging

A multi-color quantitative magnetic nanoparticle imaging method and system based on trapezoidal wave excitation solves the problem that the existing technology cannot implement multi-color quantitative magnetic particle imaging. The method includes: constructing, based on hysteresis effect and hysteresis inertial growth differences of n superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIOs) under trapezoidal wave excitation, an equation set of quality of n SPIOs in a to-be-tested sample formed by any composition of n SPIO standard products; solving the equation set to obtain the quality distribution of the to-be-tested sample at position r; and performing rearrangement, color assignment, and image merging on the quality distribution to implement multi-color quantitative imaging of various particles in magnetic particle imaging (MPI). The method broadens the functions of MPI to realize multi-color quantitative imaging, such that MPI has greater potential for application in the medical field.
