Systems, methods, and apparatuses can accurately determine proper payload transfer from a working implement of a working machine. Such systems, methods, and apparatuses can identify occurrence of a payload discharge event for the working implement; determine whether a position of the working implement at a time of the identification of the occurrence of the payload discharge event is in a preset working area or a preset discharge area; omit the payload discharge event from registration for a tally of discharge material payload amount under a first case where the position of the working implement is determined to be in the working area; and register the payload discharge event for the tally under a second case where the position of the work implement is determined to be in the discharge area. The tally of the discharge material payload amount may be increased by a load amount associated with the load discharge event.

System, method, and apparatus for accurately determining payload transfer

An assembly for a work machine comprises an operation lever comprising a first switch and a second switch, the first switch being activated and set for controlling the work machine and the second switch being deactivated at a point of factory shipment, a first port electrically coupled to the second switch of the operation lever, a second port coupled to a power source of the work machine, and a processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to receive a request for setting an auxiliary device to the work machine from an input device, the auxiliary device being detachably attached to the work machine after the point of factory shipment; assign the first port to the second switch of the operation lever, to control the auxiliary device; assign the second port to the auxiliary device, to supply power to the auxiliary device; and set configuration information of the auxiliary device based on input information from the input device.

A machine includes a frame, a plurality of traction devices supporting the frame, an engine and an operator cab mounted to the frame, an implement system configured to move the work tool to a desired position, position sensors, a tilt-rotate system to move the work tool to a desired orientation, orientation sensors, an operator interface, and a control module. The control module is configured to receive a model of the work tool, receive boundary inputs defining a virtual boundary, receive signals from the position sensors and the orientation sensors, receive implement control inputs from the operator interface, determine a position and orientation of the work tool based on the signals and the model, determine whether the work tool is approaching the virtual boundary based on the position and orientation, the boundary inputs, and the implement control inputs, and automatically prevent the work tool from crossing the virtual boundary.

A work machine has a work device mounted on a machine body including a fluid pressure motor for travelling. A controller reduces engine speed to be lower than rated engine speed during normal working mode. The controller controls engine speed so as to obtain a pump flow rate in accordance with a target travelling speed during travelling low-load mode when engine load is lower than a threshold. The controller controls both the engine speed and output torque for pump control so that the engine output becomes maximum in travelling high-load mode when the engine load is higher than the threshold.
