A machining command improving system is in an integrated system in which a CNC machine tool for machining of a machining target into a predetermined machining geometry a machining command and a shared database are connected to each other. The machining command improving system includes: a machining state recording unit that associates requested information indicating a request to be satisfied in the machining when the CNC machine tool performs the machining and state information indicating a state of implementation of the machining, and registers the associated requested information and state information as machining technique information; and a machining method improving unit. The machining method improving unit improves the machining command of the improvement target at the CNC machine tool based on machining technique information registered with the shared database and including requested information conforming at least partially to requested information corresponding to a machining command of an improvement target.

An anomaly detection device includes: a machining state collection unit which collects machining execution information at a predetermined time interval; a machining execution information recording unit which records the collected machining execution information in a storage unit; a selection unit which selects, from a set of a plurality of pieces of machining execution information recorded by executing a machining command a plurality of times, a subset of the machining execution information in order to calculate an average pattern according to a machining step which is an analysis target; an average pattern calculation unit which calculates the average pattern corresponding to the machining step of the analysis target based on the subset; and an anomaly detection unit which compares the machining execution information in the machining step of the analysis target with the average pattern to detect whether or not an anomaly occurs in the machining step of the analysis target.

A machining technique management system of an integrated system in which a CAD; a CAM; and a CNC machine tool are connected to a shared database, the machining technique management system including: a machining state recorder that, in a case of the CNC machine tool executing the machining, records request information indicating a request demanded in the machining, and state information indicating the machining execution state to be associated as machining execution information in the shared database; and a machining information manager that compares each set of the machining execution information in which at least part of the request information matches, and defines machining execution information which was determined as satisfying a request in the request information better than other machining execution information based on a comparison result, as a candidate for machining technique information to be used for creation of the machining command at the CAM.

A CAD/CAM-CNC integrated system, configured with devices related to processes from design of a product to machining and including CAD, CAM and a CNC machine tool, has a shared database that stores information collected during machining or a change made to a machining command by an operator in association with structured information of the machining command. The information collected from a machining site is fed back to the CAM via the shared database, and the fed back information is analyzed to update the machining technique information, thereby making it easy to make use of the know-how accumulated in the machining site.
