A detector detects a peak of a power value in a current-voltage characteristic curve to DC power output from a solar battery module. A setting device, when a plurality of peaks is detected, when a current value is greater than a threshold value in a first peak having a maximum voltage value of the plurality of peaks, sets an operation point based on the first peak. The setting device, when the current value in the first peak is equal to or less than the threshold value, sets the operation point based on a second peak in which the voltage value is less than that in the first peak and the current value is greater than the threshold value, of the plurality of peaks. A power regulator regulates output of the DC power of the solar battery module in accordance with the operation point set.

Power control apparatus and power conditioner

This solar module has: a base member that is curved in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction; strings each constituted from a plurality of solar cells and first wiring members connecting adjacent solar cells in the vertical direction, wherein a plurality of the strings are arranged side by side on the base member; and a string group constituted from a plurality of the strings and second wiring members, which are disposed at both sides in the vertical direction of the strings and connected to the first wiring members, thereby connecting adjacent strings to one another in the horizontal direction. The string group is divided into at least two blocks that are side by side in the vertical direction. Second wiring members are disposed adjacent in the horizontal direction, or second wiring members are disposed adjacent in the vertical direction between the blocks, and are secured to one another.

Solar cell module and solar cell module production method

A plurality of solar cells are arranged in a first direction and each provided with first and second electrodes on a one main surface side thereof. A wiring member includes a conductive layer and a resin sheet supporting the conductive layer, the conductive layer electrically connecting the first electrode of one of the solar cells adjacent to each other in the first direction to the second electrode of another one of the solar cells. An adhesive layer bonds the wiring member to each of the solar cells. The wiring member includes a first bonded portion bonded to the one solar cell via the adhesive layer, a second bonded portion bonded to the other solar cell via the adhesive layer, and a connection portion connecting the first bonded portion and the second bonded portion together, and an opening is provided in the conductive layer in the connection portion.

Solar cell module

A solar cell module comprising: a first protective member having a curved surface having a prescribed radius of curvature set in at least a first direction; a first filling material arranged upon the first protective member; a plurality of solar cell strings arranged in the first direction upon the first filling material and connected in parallel to each other; a second filling material arranged upon the solar cell strings; and a second protective member arranged upon the second filling material. The solar cell strings have connected in series a plurality of solar cells that are arranged in a second direction. The solar cells have end cross-sections along at least the first direction that have a waveform shape.

Second wiring member includes a first wiring-member piece electrically connected to one of the solar cells of one of the adjacent solar cell strings, and a second wiring-member piece electrically connecting the first wiring-member piece to another one of the solar cell strings. First wiring-member piece includes wiring electrically connecting the solar cell and the second wiring-member piece to each other, a first insulating layer covering part of a surface of the wiring on a solar-cell side, and a second insulating layer covering part of a surface of the wiring on a side opposite from the solar cell. First portion of the wiring is exposed from the first insulating layer. Second portion of the wiring is exposed from the second insulating layer. First portion of the wiring is electrically connected to the solar cell, and the second portion of the wiring is electrically connected to the second wiring-member piece.

The connecting wires () have expanding portions (BP, BP) which expand from the connection region (R) where wiring member is to be connected.
