An array substrate, a fabricating method thereof and a display device, the fabricating method comprises forming a plurality of touch electrodes on a base substrate, a plurality of touch electrode leads for leading out signals of the touch electrodes and an array structure comprising a plurality of conducting structures. At least part of touch electrode leads and at least one of the conducting structures are disposed in a same layer and made from a same material. The fabricating method can reduce the amount of masks used in the fabricating process of the array substrate.

The present disclosure provides an array substrate. The array substrate includes a plurality of first lines along a row direction; a plurality of second lines along a column direction intersecting with the plurality of first lines to form a plurality of pixel units comprising a plurality of pixel electrodes in rows and columns; a plurality of touch electrodes in rows along the row direction and columns along the column direction; and a plurality of auxiliary lines along the column direction. Two first lines are between adjacent rows of pixel electrodes and two adjacent columns of the pixel electrodes form a pixel electrode group with one second line in between; and each auxiliary line is between two adjacent pixel electrode groups, each touch electrode being connected to at least one auxiliary line for transferring touch signals.

Because a touch function is integrated in the grating cell, the grating electrode and the common electrode are shared with the touch driving electrode and the touch sensing electrode, respectively, so that a production process is reduced, cost is saved, and a purpose of thinning is achieved.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a capacitive touch panel and a display device. The capacitive touch panel comprises an array substrate, an opposing substrate arranged opposite to the array substrate, and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the opposing substrate and the array substrate, wherein shielding electrodes, touch drive electrodes and touch sensing electrodes are disposed on one side of the opposing substrate away from the liquid crystal layer; the touch drive electrodes, the touch sensing electrodes and the shielding electrodes are insulated from one another; the touch drive electrodes and the touch sensing electrodes are arranged to intersect with each other; and orthographic projections of the shielding electrodes on the opposing substrate fall into gaps of orthographic projections formed by the touch drive electrodes and the touch sensing electrodes arranged to intersect with each other on the opposing substrate. Therefore, the orthographic projections of the shielding electrodes on the opposing substrate are not overlapped with the orthographic projections of the touch drive electrodes or the touch sensing electrodes on the opposing substrate, and hence the structure in which the shielding electrodes are directly opposite to the touch sensing electrodes or the touch drive electrodes can be reduced and the capacitance formed at directly opposite positions can be reduced, and consequently the sensitivity of touch sensing can be improved.

The present disclosure discloses a touch input device including a plurality of driving electrodes and a plurality of sensing electrodes that are formed on a first surface of a substrate. An improved touch input device (with e.g. reduced area occupied by electrodes or improved touch control resolution, and/or decreased number of driving electrode leads) is provided by 1) divisionally using the sensing electrode in a horizontal direction; and optionally 2) further divisionally using the driving electrode in the column direction. One sensing electrode which is divisionally used in a row direction can be further split into two adjacent sub-sensing electrodes in the row direction. Wherein, each electrode assembly comprises two electrodes which are disposed at the same layer, insulated from each other and cross with each other complementarily, and each electrode comprises at least two sub-electrodes which are in mutual electrical connection with each other. The sub-electrodes of different electrodes of each electrode assembly are spaced apart from each other one by one, and each electrode is connected with an electrode pin.

An embodiment of the present invention discloses a capacitive touch panel, which is provided with an electrostatic protection touching layer, the electrostatic protection touching layer comprises a touching array pattern and an electrostatic protection discharging pattern, and the electrostatic protection discharging pattern is disposed in a space of the touching array pattern, complementing with the touching array pattern. The capacitive touch panel of the embodiment of the present invention, reduces the thickness of touch panel, and saves the material by forming the electrostatic protection layer and the touch sensing layer on one layer, which realizes the touching sense as well as the electrostatic protection, eliminates the capacitance between the electrostatic protection layer and the touch sensing layer, and improves the sensitivity of touching sense.

The present invention discloses a touch point detection method, device, a touch driving circuit and a touch panel. After determining a to-be-determined touch point among touch detection points of a touch panel, it is determined whether the to-be-determined touch point is influenced by noise of a display driving circuit according to a touch signal, a first noise value and a second noise value of touch detection points in a line where the to-be-determined touch point is located; and after it is determined that the to-be-determined touch point is influenced by the noise of the display driving circuit, it is determined whether the to-be-determined touch point is a touch point according to the second noise value and a preset first threshold value; the second noise value is the noise value of the touch driving circuit when the display driving circuit is turned on. Because it is determined whether the to-be-determined touch point is influenced by the noise of the display driving circuit before determining whether it is a touch point, it is possible to effectively identify interference of noise on the touch signals, improve signal-to-noise ratio of touch signals, and ensure accuracy of touch determining operation.

The present invention discloses array substrate, display device and method for controlling refresh rate of an array substrate. The array substrate includes; a plurality of pixel structures each including gate line, data line, common electrode line, first switching element at intersection of the gate line and the data line, pixel electrode, second switching element, and first transparent electrode. Gate, source and drain of the first switching element are connected to the gate line, the date line and the pixel electrode, respectively. Gate, source and drain of the second switching element are connected to second switching controlling line, common electrode signal terminal and the first transparent electrode, respectively.
