Disclosed is a display device including a display panel, an input sensor that is disposed on the display panel and that includes sensing electrodes, a master readout circuit that is electrically connected with a first portion of the sensing electrodes and that generates first reception signals corresponding to a signal received from the first portion of the sensing electrodes, and a slave readout circuit that is electrically connected with the a second portion of the sensing electrodes and that generates second reception signals corresponding to a signal received from the second portion of the sensing electrodes. The master readout circuit provides a synchronization signal to the slave readout circuit, and the slave readout circuit operates in response to the synchronization signal and provides a sensing signal corresponding to the second reception signals to the master readout circuit.

Display device capable of sensing a user input accurately and operating method thereof

An electronic device includes a display layer in which an active region and a peripheral region proximate to the active region are defined and a controller that is configured to control the display layer. The display layer includes a plurality of pixels, a plurality of antenna patterns that transmit and receive a first signal having a predetermined frequency, and a switch connected to at least one of the plurality of antenna patterns. The controller provides, to the switch, a control signal to control the switch. The switch includes a first line to which a ground voltage is provided, a second line that is floated, a third line to which the first signal is provided, and a fourth line connected to the at least one of the plurality of antenna patterns and electrically connected to the first line, the second line, or the third line based on the control signal.

A laser annealing device includes a laser generator, a beam splitter, a λ/2 phase difference member, a first reflective member, and a second reflective member. The laser generator emits a laser beam.
