An integrated circuit device includes a substrate including an active region defined by a device isolation layer, the substrate defining a gate trench extending across the active region, a gate dielectric layer conformally covering an inner surface of the gate trench, and a gate electrode filling the gate trench on the gate dielectric layer. The gate electrode is composed of crystal grains of a single metal, and a diagonal length of at least one of the crystal grains is greater than a height of the active region that is in contact with the gate electrode.

A sound outputting apparatus is provided. The sound outputting apparatus includes a base; a plurality of speakers configured to output sound; and a cover coupled to the base, the cover including a plurality of guide flow paths that respectively correspond to the plurality of speaker. Each of the plurality of guide flow paths includes an outer hole opened in a direction that extends away from the base from a respective one of the plurality of speakers, and further includes a groove that extends in a direction toward a center of the base from the respective one of the plurality of speakers. Each of the plurality of guide flow paths is configured to guide the output sound from the respective one of the plurality of speakers by dividing the output sound into the outer hole of the guide flow path and the groove of the guide flow path.

Sound outputting apparatus

A rotatable display apparatus includes a display panel including a rectangular shape, a plurality of speakers provided at an edge of the display panel, a rotating device provided on a rear surface of the display panel and configured to rotate the display panel, a panel rotation detector configured to detect a rotation state of the display panel, an audio signal processor configured to transmit a left audio signal, a right audio signal, and a mixed audio signal to the plurality of speakers based on the rotation state of the display panel, and a mixer provided in the audio signal processor and configured to generate the mixed audio signal by mixing the left audio signal and the right audio signal at a predetermined ratio.

Rotatable display apparatus

A display apparatus and a method for controlling the display apparatus are disclosed. The display apparatus includes: a communication interface comprising communication circuitry, a display, a plurality of speakers, and a processor, and the processor is configured to: control the communication interface to receive an acoustic content corresponding to a sound signal of a plurality of channels corresponding to a specified frequency bandwidth, extend a frequency bandwidth of at least one channel of the plurality of channels based on a specified parametric equalizer (PEQ), perform correction of reducing a gain in middle frequency and high frequency bands of at least one channel of the plurality of channels with the extended frequency bandwidth, and output each sound signal of the plurality of corrected channels to the plurality of corresponding speakers so that a sound image of the sound signal is formed in a center area of the display.

Display apparatus and control method thereof

Disclosed is an electronic apparatus comprising: an audio processor configured to process a sound signal; and a loudspeaker configured to output sound based on the sound signal, the loudspeaker comprising: a first driver; a second driver configured to output a frequency band higher than a frequency band output by the first driver; and a plate-shaped enclosure comprising a chamber accommodating the first driver and the second driver and a sound emission passage adjacent to the chamber, and the sound emission passage comprising: a first sound emission passage extending along an arrangement direction of the first driver and the second driver and having the first driver disposed therein; and a second sound emission passage extending along the arrangement direction of the first driver and the second driver inside the first sound emission passage and having the second driver disposed therein.
