A window includes a base region and a compressive stress region disposed on the base region. The compressive stress region includes Li, Na, and Kions. The compressive stress region includes a first compressive stress portion in which a concentration of the Kions decreases, a concentration of Naions increases, and a concentration of the Liions increases, from a surface of the window toward the base region. A second compressive stress portion is adjacent to the first compressive stress portion. In the second compressive stress portion, the concentration of the Naion decreases and the concentration of the Liion increases, from the first compressive stress portion toward the base region. The window thereby has a high surface compressive stress value and impact resistance.

Window and method of manufacturing the same

A heat radiating member includes bismuth. The heat radiating member defines a plurality of holes therein, and the plurality of holes is separated from each other in a plan view. Separation distances between the plurality of holes in the plan view each are more than about 40 nm and equal to or less than about 150 nm.

Heat radiating member and display device including the same

A display device includes a substrate, a plurality of pixel columns, and a lighting test circuit unit. The lighting test circuit unit is disposed in a non-display area on the substrate, includes a plurality of lighting test transistors, and provides a lighting test voltage to the pixel columns. Each of the lighting test transistors includes an active pattern including a source area, a drain area, and a channel area, a gate electrode disposed in the channel area, an interlayer insulating layer including a first contact hole spaced apart from a first side of the gate electrode by about 7 um or more, and a source electrode contacting the source area of the active pattern through the first contact hole.
