According to certain embodiments, a foldable electronic device comprises: a flexible display disposed on a front surface of the foldable electronic device; a housing forming an exterior of the foldable electronic device and foldable around a folding axis, the housing comprising a bezel formed along an edge of the flexible display; a window stacked on the flexible display; and an adhesive layer bonding the window to another element, the adhesive layer comprising: a first area comprising a first adhesive; and a second area which is formed along an edge of the first area, and has an area which corresponds to the bezel, the second area comprising a second adhesive; wherein a strength of the second adhesive can be weakened in a different manner than the strength of the first adhesive.

Electronic device including foldable display

An electronic device includes a flexible display panel connected to a first housing and a second housing; and a flexible window that is coupled to one surface of the flexible display panel. The flexible window includes a deformation area that is deformable together with the flexible display panel around at least one folding axis. The flexible window includes a glass layer. A first polymer layer is disposed between the glass layer and the flexible display panel. An adhesive layer is laminated on the second surface of the glass layer. The adhesive layer includes at least one uneven structure formed on one surface that faces an opposite direction to the second surface of the glass layer and is at least partially overlapped with the at least one first curved-surface portion or the at least one second curved-surface portion. A second polymer layer is laminated on the adhesive layer.

A foldable electronic device includes: a first hinge module; a first pressing part, a first support member, a first housing, each at least partially connected to the first hinge module; a second hinge module; a second pressing part, a second support member, a second housing, each at least partially connected to the second hinge module; a flexible display disposed on the first support member and the second support member; a hinge cover covering the first hinge module and the second hinge module; and an elastic member provided in a gap formed between at least a portion of the flexible display and the hinge cover.

An electronic device according to various embodiments of the disclosure may comprise: a housing; and a peripheral portion adjacent to the housing, an opaque layer, a protective layer, and a processed layer, a first glass plate coupled to the housing and defining an inner space therewith. The peripheral portion may comprise: a first surface facing the inner space in a first direction; a second surface extending from the first surface and facing the inner space in a second direction; a third surface extending from the second surface and adjacent to the periphery of the housing in a third direction; a fourth surface extending from the third surface and facing opposite the inner space in a fourth direction; and a fifth surface extending from the fourth surface, substantially parallel to the first surface, and facing opposite the inner space in a fifth direction. The opaque layer may be formed on a first area of the first surface and may be formed so as not to cover a second area between the first area and the second surface, and the protective layer may be formed so that a portion thereof covers a portion of the first surface and the non-transparent layer, and may also be formed so as to prevent and/or reduce shocks caused by contact between the peripheral portion and the periphery of the housing. The processed layer may be formed by surface processing on at least a part of an area of at least one of the second surface, the third surface, and the fourth surface.
