A display device includes a substrate including a display area and a pad area, a display structure disposed in the display area on the substrate, and a driving integrated circuit disposed in the pad area on the substrate and including a circuit part including an input area, a first output area adjacent to the display area, and a second output area between the input area and the first output area, upper output bumps disposed in the first output area on a bottom surface of the circuit part, and lower output bumps disposed in the second output area on the bottom surface of the circuit part. First output pads are disposed between the substrate and the upper output bumps, and have a first height. Second output pads are disposed between the substrate and the lower output bumps, and have a second height smaller than the first height.

The present application relates to an electronic device. The electronic device includes a first electronic component and a second electronic component. The first electronic component includes a first pad area including first pads and second pads spaced apart from the first pads. A number of the first pads is greater than a number of the second pads. The second electronic component includes first bumps electrically connected to the first pads, and second bumps electrically connected to the second pads. Each of the second bumps has a bonding area greater than a bonding area of each of the first bumps. A conductive adhesive layer is disposed between the first electronic component and the second electronic component to electrically connect the first pads to the first bumps.

A connection electrode electrically connects the metal electrode to the line electrode. The adhesion layer is disposed between the flexible film and the side surface of the display panel. The connection electrode includes solder particles in melted form.

A display apparatus includes a display panel including a lower base substrate and a connecting portion disposed on the lower base substrate, a flexible circuit board attached on a side surface of the display panel, and including a base film and a conductive pattern disposed on the base film, a conductive paste part disposed between the side surface of the display panel and the flexible circuit board, a first anisotropic conductive film (ACF) film disposed between the side surface of the display panel and the conductive paste part, and a second ACF film disposed between the conductive paste part and the flexible circuit board. The display panel includes a first substrate which includes a pad electrode connected to a signal line, a second substrate, and a metal electrode electrically connected to the pad electrode and on a side surface of the display panel. The flexible film includes a line electrode electrically connected to the metal electrode and attached to the side surface of the display panel. The conductive adhesion member includes a connection electrode electrically connecting the metal electrode to the line electrode. The conductive adhesion member attaches the flexible film to the surface of the display panel. The connection electrode includes the solder particles in melted form.
