The present disclosure relates to a display device and a method of manufacturing the same, the display device including: a substrate including a pixel area and a non-pixel area adjacent to the pixel area; a power line formed on the substrate; at least one insulation layer covering the power line; a connection electrode formed on the at least one insulation layer, and connected to the power line through a contact hole; an overcoat layer placed above the connection electrode in the pixel area; and a first electrode placed above the overcoat layer, wherein the connection electrode has at least an area formed in the non-pixel area, and the first electrode extends to the non-pixel area and is connected to the connection electrode.

Display device and method of manufacturing same

The present disclosure relates to a display device. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to a display device capable of enhancing efficiency of light emitted from a light-emitting element. A display device according to an embodiment includes a substrate on which areas of pixels composed of multiple subpixels are arranged, a circuit element layer in which circuit elements constituting the multiple subpixels are provided, a light-emitting element layer in which light-emitting elements constituting the multiple subpixels are provided, and a lens placed corresponding to the light-emitting element.

The present disclosure provides an electroluminescent light device comprising: a substrate including an emission area and a non-emission area surrounding the emission area; a power line disposed in the emission area and defining an open area; a buffer layer covering the power line; an emission element disposed in the open area on the buffer layer; a link electrode overlapping the power line on the buffer layer, and having a first end connected to the emission element and a second end connected to the power line; a passivation layer deposited within a width of the power line covering the link electrode; an emission layer covering the emission area; and a cathode layer covering the emission area on the emission layer.

Electroluminance lighting device having high aperture ratio

The present disclosure relates to an electroluminescence lighting device. The present disclosure provides an electroluminescence light device comprising: a substrate including an emission area divided into a plurality of segments and non-emission area surrounding the emission area; a segment line arranged from the non-emission area to the segment; a buffer layer on the segment line; an auxiliary line defining a plurality of pixels within each segment on the buffer layer; a first pad disposed at the non-emission area; a segment switch disposed at the non-emission area and connecting the first pad to the segment line; and an emission element disposed at each pixel.

Electroluminance lighting device

A lighting apparatus has improved aperture ratio by changing auxiliary lines in a lattice shape into a line shape. In addition, a conductive layer having a high resistance is formed on the entire surface to control excessive current due to a short circuit, and an island-shaped anode is formed in the emission zone to reduce the resistance in the pixel, thereby preventing the luminance from being lowered.

Lighting apparatus using organic light emitting diode having conductive layer with high resistance on substrate

A lighting apparatus including organic light-emitting diodes comprises an anode disposed in an emission area of a substrate; first and second pad electrodes disposed on an outer side of the emission area of the substrate; a short-circuit reduction pattern surrounding an emission zone of each of pixels and formed by removing a part of the anode; a passivation layer comprising the short-circuit reduction pattern and disposed on the anode; an organic layer and a cathode disposed on the passivation layer in the emission area of the substrate; and a metal film disposed in the emission area of the substrate, wherein the short-circuit reduction pattern has a gradually-reducing resistance with an increased distance between the pixels and the first and second pad electrodes.
