A display module includes: a substrate; a first driving circuit provided in a center area on the substrate in a vertical form; a first pixel array formed on a left area of the substrate relative to the first driving circuit, wherein the first pixel array may include a first plurality of pixels disposed in a matrix form; and a second pixel array formed on a right area of the substrate relative to the first driving circuit, wherein the second pixel array may include a second plurality of pixels disposed in the matrix form, wherein each pixel of the first plurality of pixels and each pixel of the second plurality of pixels may include a plurality of inorganic light emitting devices, and wherein each of the first pixel array and the second pixel array are separated from the first driving circuit by a pre-set distance.

Display module

A display panel in which a resistance structure is provided on a test pattern to prevent a circuit of the display panel from being damaged by static electricity introduced into the test pattern, and a display apparatus having the same are provided. The display panel includes: a substrate; a plurality of pixel circuits provided on the substrate and configured to drive a plurality of inorganic light emitting devices; a test line provided on the substrate and extending from an edge of the substrate; an insulating layer provided on the test line; and a resistance structure provided on the test line, the resistance structure including: at least two vertical interconnect accesses (vias) passing through the insulating layer, and a resistance layer provided on the insulating layer and extending between the at least two vias, wherein the at least two vias connect the test line and the resistance layer to each other, and the test line is discontinuous at an area between the at least two vias, and wherein the resistance layer is configured to receive, through one of the at least two vias, a current applied to the test line.

Display panel and display apparatus having the same

Provided are a light emitting diode (LED) module that enables a freedom in structure design thereof using a fan-out interconnection and an insulating layer, and a display device having the same. The LED module having a multi-layer structure includes substrate; a LED located on the substrate and emitting light toward the substrate; a plurality of upper electrodes located on the LED and connected to the LED; an upper insulating layer provided to surround the plurality of upper electrodes; a film on glass (FOG) electrode located on the upper insulating layer; and a fan out interconnection structure configured to connect the plurality of upper electrodes to the FOG electrode through the upper insulating layer.

Light emitting diode module and display device having the same

A guide apparatus configured to transfer light-emitting devices in a liquid onto a substrate is provided. The disclosed display substrate can comprise: a thin film transistor substrate; a plurality of micro LEDs arranged on one surface of the thin film transistor substrate; a rear substrate having one surface coupled to the other surface of the thin film transistor substrate, and having at least a part of an edge protruding further than the edge of the thin film transistor substrate so as to form a stepped part together with the thin film transistor substrate; and a plurality of wirings formed on the stepped part and the other surface of the rear substrate so as to electrically connect the one surface of the thin film transistor substrate and the other surface of the rear substrate.

Display panel and large display device using same

A display panel is disclosed. The disclosed display panel includes a thin film transistor substrate, a plurality of micro LEDs arranged on one surface of the thin film transistor substrate, a plurality of first connection pads disposed on the one surface of the thin film transistor substrate, a plurality of second connection pads disposed on the other surface of the thin film transistor substrate that faces the one surface, and a plurality of connection wirings disposed on a side surface of the thin film transistor substrate for electrically connecting each of the plurality of first connection pads and the plurality of second connection pads, wherein at least one of an edge region on the one surface and an edge region on the other surface of the thin film transistor substrate includes a cutting area which is cut in an inward direction of the thin film transistor substrate.

The circuit layer may include a plurality of pixel circuits configured to drive a plurality of micro light emitting diodes (LEDs) forming a plurality of pixels of the display panel; a plurality of driving circuits which are respectively connected to the driver via wiring formed over at least one side surface of the glass, and configured to supply driving signals to the plurality of pixel circuits based on signals received from the driver; and a plurality of redundancy driving circuits connected to the plurality of respective driving circuits in parallel, the plurality of redundancy driving circuits having a same circuit structure as the plurality of respective driving circuits.
