A light emitting display apparatus in which a capacitance of a capacitor connected to an anode and a cathode of a light emitting device varies depending on a driving period is disclosed. The light emitting display apparatus includes a light emitting device; and a pixel drive circuit connected to a gate line, a data line, and the light emitting device, wherein the pixel drive circuit includes: a driving transistor connected between a first voltage supply line to which a first voltage is supplied and the light emitting device; and a variable capacitor unit connected between an anode and a cathode of the light emitting device, and a capacitance of the variable capacitor unit varies depending on a driving period.

Light emitting display apparatus

A display device, a turn-on state, and a turn-off state of a driving transistor can be easily controlled by a control of a control voltage applied to a control gate electrode opposed to a driving gate electrode of the driving transistor and a non-light-emitting driving can be performed in a display driving. Furthermore, as the non-light-emitting driving is performed by the control voltage applied to the control gate electrode of the driving transistor, the non-light-emitting driving can be performed independently from a period in which a scan signal is applied, the non-light-emitting driving can be performed without affecting a display driving and a video response time of the display device can be improved.

Display device

The present disclosure relates to a display device including scan lines, data lines, control signal lines, and subpixels. A first subpixel among the subpixels includes a first light emitting element including an anode electrode and a cathode electrode; a first driving circuit connected to a first scan line of the plurality of scan lines and a first data line of the plurality of data lines and configured to drive the first light emitting element; a first light emitting control transistor configured to be turned on or off according to a first light emitting control signal supplied to its gate node and control a connection between the first light emitting element and the first driving circuit; and a first light emitting control circuit configured to output a first light emitting control signal to the gate node of the first light emitting control transistor.

Display device and display panel

The present disclosure provides a gate driving circuit and a display device. An nth stage circuit among a plurality of stage circuits included in a gate driving circuit according to embodiments of the disclosure may include a scan output buffer circuit configured to output a scan signal according to voltages of a Q node and a Qb node, a control circuit including a plurality of transistors to control the voltages of the Q node and the Qb node, the plurality of transistors including a first Q node discharge transistor turned on or off by the voltage of the Qb node to control connection between the Q node and a low-potential voltage node, and a body bias circuit configured to supply a body bias voltage to a body of a first Q node discharge transistor.

Gate driving circuit and display device

A light emitting display apparatus is provided, in which at least two touch electrodes are connected with a touch driver through a single touch line and their areas are different from each other, and the light emitting display apparatus comprises a substrate, touch electrodes provided on the substrate, touch lines provided on the substrate, a cover layer covering the touch electrodes and the touch lines, a light emitting driving layer provided on an upper end of the cover layer, and a touch driver connected with the touch lines, wherein at least two touch electrodes are connected to one touch line, and areas of at least two touch electrodes connected to one touch line are different from each other.

Embodiments of the present disclosure are related to a touch display device, as a touch sensor connecting pattern for a connection between touch sensors or a connection between a touch sensor and a touch routing line is disposed by using a same material with a voltage line disposed on a subpixel. Thus, an electrode structure for a touch sensing can be implemented while reducing a manufacturing process. Furthermore, as the voltage line is disposed to overlap at least a part of the touch sensor and the touch routing line, a performance of the touch sensing can be improved by reducing an influence that a parasitic capacitance by a driving of a light-emitting element affects the touch sensing.

Touch display device

The present disclosure relates to a display device including a light emitting element display. The present disclosure suggests a flat panel display comprising: a substrate; a driving element disposed on a first surface of the substrate; an organic light emitting diode disposed on a second surface of the substrate; a through-hole penetrating the substrate from the front surface to the rear surface; and a connecting electrode filling the through-hole for linking the driving element to the organic light emitting diode.
