The present invention relates to a display device and, more particularly, to a transfer head for a semiconductor light-emitting device applied to the display device and a method for transferring a semiconductor light-emitting device. The transfer head for a semiconductor light-emitting device, according to the present invention, comprises: a base substrate; and an electrode unit disposed on the base substrate to generate an electrostatic force by charging an un-doped semiconductor layer of the semiconductor light-emitting device with electric charges, wherein the base substrate and the electrode unit are formed of light-transmitting materials so that at least a part of the semiconductor light-emitting device is viewable through the base substrate and the electrode unit in sequence.

A heat exchanger according to the present invention comprises: a plate-shaped body having an interior space in which a working fluid is vaporized or condensed and flows; and a wick located within the body, the wick comprising a plurality of needle-shaped particles between which the working fluid flows. By forming a wick comprising needle-shaped particles, the heat exchanger according to the embodiments of the present invention can improve the porosity of the wick compared to conventional groove or mesh-shaped or sintered wicks. Accordingly, the working fluid is capable of flowing inside the wick more smoothly than in the conventional wicks, thereby improving a heat exchange rate or heat exchange performance.

In detail, a liquid micro-shutter display device includes a light source emitting light, a transparent lower substrate positioned in an light path of the light source, an optical conversion unit performing at least one of a function of converting light from the light source into light having a different wavelength band corresponding to a sub-pixel and a function of reflecting ambient light corresponding to a sub-pixel, a transparent upper substrate positioned in an light path of light output from the optical conversion unit, and a liquid micro-shutter positioned between the transparent lower substrate and the transparent upper substrate and opening and closing the path of light or adjusting an open area.

The light transmission unit has a plurality of holes. The plurality of holes each have gradually increasing opening area as the filter goes from its front surface to its rear surface.
