A cleaner includes a suction unit, a main body including a cyclone unit for separating dust from air suctioned through the suction unit, and a dust container that stores dust separated in the cyclone unit below the cyclone unit. A filter unit is disposed inside the cyclone unit for filtering the air, and a movable unit disposed inside the cyclone unit includes a cleaning part for cleaning the outer circumference of the filter unit. An operation unit disposed outside the main body moves the movable unit and the cleaning part to remove dust from the outer surface of the filter unit.

A laundry machine includes a tub, a drum that is rotatably mounted in the tub, and an induction heater that is provided in the tub and configured to heat an outer circumferential surface of the drum. The laundry machine also includes a motor that is configured to rotate the drum, a user interface comprising a course selection unit that is configured to allow a user to select a course, and an option selection unit that is configured to allow the user to select option information that is related with the course selected. The laundry machine further includes a processor that is configured to control the drum rotation speed and the induction heater. The course selection unit comprises a wash-drying course that performs heat-spinning by default, the heat-spinning being configured to heat the drum by driving the induction heater when the drum rotates.

A laundry treating apparatus includes a cabinet, a drum provided inside the cabinet and formed of a metal material, and an induction module configured to heat the drum, The induction module includes a base housing for accommodating a coil, and a cover housing forming a moving space of heat generated from the coil, jointed to an upper portion of the base housing, the cover housing includes a through portion for discharging the heat by passing through the cover housing up and down, and the cover housing forms a section upwardly inclined toward the through portion to move the heat generated from the coil along the inclined section and discharge the heat to the through portion. It is possible to prevent a temperature of the coil from being excessively increased, and enhance durability and efficiency of the induction module by active discharge of heat generated from the coil.

Disclosed are a method of monitoring a semiconductor device fabrication process and a method of fabricating a semiconductor device using the same. The monitoring method may include determining a normalization range of a target byproduct, which is a measurement target of byproducts produced in a chamber by an etching process, the byproducts including the target byproduct and a non-target byproduct, the target byproduct including first and second target byproducts, which are respectively produced by and before the etching process on a to-be-processed layer, obtaining a first index from a ratio of the target byproduct to the non-target byproduct, obtaining a second index by subtracting an emission intensity of the second target byproduct from the first index, obtaining a third index by integrating the second index on a time interval, and estimating a result of the etching process and presence or absence of a failure, based on the third index.

A semiconductor substrate measuring apparatus includes a light source to generate irradiation light having a sequence of on/off at a predetermined interval, the light source to provide the irradiation light to a chamber with an internal space for processing a semiconductor substrate using plasma, an optical device between the light source and the chamber, the optical device to split a first measurement light into a first optical path, condensed while the light source is turned on, to split a second measurement light into a second optical path, condensed while the light source is turned off, and to synchronize with the on/off sequence, and a photodetector connected to the first and second optical paths, the photodetector to subtract spectra of first and second measurement lights to detect spectrum of reflected light, and to detect plasma emission light emitted from the plasma based on the spectrum of the second measurement light.
