Provided is a surgical robot arm, and more particularly, to a minimally invasive surgical robot arm that is formed in a modular manner for use in a laparoscopic surgery or other various surgeries.

Surgical robot arm

The present disclosure relates to an end tool of a surgical instrument, and more particularly, to an end tool of a surgical instrument capable of being mounted on a robot arm or operated manually for use in laparoscopic surgery or various surgeries, the multi-joint type surgical device capable of independently and smoothly performing a pitch motion and a yaw motion/actuation motion by compensating for jaw wire movement that occurs during the pitch motion.

Surgery instrument

A multi-joint type surgical device includes a driving part configured to control a pitch rotation of an end tool. The driving part includes a driving part pitch relay pulley formed such that at least a portion of a wire is wound therearound and a driving part pitch satellite pulley that changes a position thereof relative to the driving part pitch relay pulley by moving relative to the driving part pitch relay pulley while being spaced a certain distance from the driving part pitch relay pulley, and is formed such that at least a portion of the wire is wound therearound, and when the driving part pitch satellite pulley is moved relative to the driving part pitch relay pulley, the pitch rotation of the end tool is controlled as an overall length of the wire in the driving part is changed.

Multi-joint type surgical device

A multi-joint type surgical device, and more particularly, to a multi-joint type surgical device capable of being mounted on a robot arm or operated manually for use in laparoscopic surgery or various surgeries.

A seamless hexagonal h-BN atomic monolayer thin film has a pseudo-single crystal structure including a plurality of h-BN grains that are seamlessly merged. Each of the h-BN grains has a dimension in a range from about 10 &#x3bc;m to about 1,000 &#x3bc;m. The seamless hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) atomic monolayer thin film may be fabricated by a process including pre-annealing a metal thin film at a first temperature in a chamber while supplying hydrogen gas to the chamber; supplying nitrogen source gas and boron source gas to the chamber; and forming the seamless h-BN atomic monolayer thin film having a pseudo-single crystal atomic monolayer structure having a grain dimension in a range from about 10 &#x3bc;m to about 1,000 &#x3bc;m by annealing the pre-annealed metal thin film at a second temperature.
