The washing machine includes a cabinet wherein a laundry inlet is provided on a front surface thereof, a tub arranged inside the cabinet, and including a front opening and a rear opening connected with the laundry inlet, a drum configured to rotate inside the tub, a heat pump including an evaporator, a compressor, a condenser, and an expansion valve so as to heat air provided to an inside of the drum, a steam generator configured to spray water to the condenser and generate steam by heat generated from the condenser, and a blast fan arranged on a steam supply flow channel continued from the condenser to the drum, and configured to transfer the steam generated at the steam generator to the inside of the drum.

A washing machine with drying function includes a cabinet including a laundry insertion hole on a front surface; a tub inside the cabinet and having a rear opening and a front opening; a drum inside the tub; and a heated air supplying device including a heat exchange duct above the tub, and including an evaporator and a condenser, a rear duct behind the tub, an inlet duct between the rear duct and a first side of the heat exchange duct, a supply duct on a second side of the heat exchange duct, a blower fan in front of the tub to generate an airflow from the rear opening, through the rear duct, through the inlet duct, through the heat exchange duct, through the supply duct, and to the front opening, and a dehumidifier inside the rear duct and configured to remove moisture contained in the airflow passing through the rear duct.

The present invention relates to a pixel circuit, a display device using the same, and a method of manufacturing the same. A pixel circuit according to the present technology is a pixel circuit including a light-emitting diode and can include a light-emitting diode, the pixel circuit including a switching transistor connected to a node at which a scan line and a signal line intersect each other, a driving transistor which receives a data voltage in the signal line through the switching transistor and converts the data voltage to a current to be supplied to the light-emitting diode, and a storage capacitor which maintains a voltage applied by the switching transistor, wherein at least one of the driving transistor and the storage capacitor includes a layer formed of a ferroelectric. The present technology can provide a pixel circuit using a programmable driving TFT or programmable storage capacitor using a ferroelectric instead of a compensation circuit for compensating a critical voltage of the conventional current drive-based display circuit.

The present disclosure relates to a display pixel that has a memory function, including a switching TFT configured to control whether the pixel is driven, a charge trapping TFT configured to control a pixel driving current and perform a memory function, a storage capacitor configured to maintain a voltage applied based on the switching TFT, a first light-emitting light source configured to emit light through a current applied based on the CTTFT, and a second light-emitting light source configured to emit light to erase data based on the memory function of the CTTFT.

Method and apparatus for storing non-volatile display pixel data

A washing machine with drying function includes a cabinet having a laundry insertion hole; a tub having a front opening, and a back opening; a drum; and a heated air supplying device above the tub that includes an evaporator, a condenser, a heater, a heat exchange duct, an inlet, a supply duct, and a blower fan. Air from the back opening of the tub is introduced into the inlet duct and is guided by the inlet duct and received by the heat exchange duct and then passes through the heat exchange duct in a lateral direction of the tub. The air passed through the heat exchange duct is received by the supply duct and discharged by the supply duct toward a front side of the tub. The blower fan forms causes the air discharged from the supply duct to be supplied to the tub.

A washing machine with drying function may include a cabinet with a laundry insertion hole; a tub having a front opening and a back opening; a drum inside the tub, the laundry insertion hole, front opening, and drum being positioned so that laundry is insertable through the laundry insertion hole; a heated air supplying device with a heat exchange part above the tub, a front and back duct, and a blower fan to form an airflow, via the back and front duct, from the back opening to the heat exchange part, and then to the front opening; a lint filter in the back duct; a sensor to detect lint in the lint filter and produce a corresponding signal; a washing device to spray washing water toward the lint filter; and a processor to control the washing device to spray the washing water based on the signal produced by the sensor.

A magnetic device includes a seed pattern, a reference magnetic structure on the seed pattern, a free magnetic pattern on the reference magnetic structure, and a tunnel barrier between the reference magnetic structure and the free magnetic pattern. A method of fabricating a magnetic memory device comprises forming, on a substrate, a data storage structure including a bottom electrode, a magnetic tunnel junction pattern, and a top electrode, forming a first capping dielectric layer conformally covering lateral and top surfaces of the data storage structure, and forming a second capping dielectric layer on the first capping dielectric layer. The forming the first capping dielectric layer is performed by PECVD in which a first source gas, a first reaction gas, and a first purging gas are supplied. The forming the second capping dielectric layer Is performed by PECVD in which a second source gas, a second reaction gas, and a second purging gas are supplied. The first and second reaction gases are different from each other. The first and second purging gases are different from each other.

Magnetic memory device and method of fabricating the same

Disclosed herein are a non-volatile memory device and an operating method thereof. The non-volatile memory device includes a memory cell including a write transistor and a ferroelectric read transistor, a write word line connected to a gate terminal of the write transistor, a write bit line connected to a source terminal of the write transistor, a read word line connected to a source terminal of the ferroelectric read transistor, and a read bit line connected to a drain terminal of the ferroelectric read transistor, and a drain terminal of the write transistor may be connected to a gate terminal of the ferroelectric read transistor. According to the present invention, a low-power, high-density, and non-destructive dynamic random access memory (DRAM) can be implemented by realizing 2T0C FeDRAM based on a silicon complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) process using a dielectric material.
