A biosensor cartridge can include a circuit board having a connection terminal configured to be electrically connected to an external diagnostic device, a biosensor chip configured to detect a target material from an analysis specimen, and transmit an electrical signal to the connection terminal of the circuit board based on the target material being present in the analysis specimen, the biosensor chip including a reactant configured to react specifically with the target material, and a housing enclosing the circuit board and the biosensor chip, and the connecting terminal being exposed outside of the housing. Also, the biosensor chip includes a plurality of channel areas separated from each other, and the reactant is attached to the plurality of channel areas.

A reciprocating compressor may include a ball bearing positioned between a thrust surface of a cylinder block and a thrust surface of a crankshaft. The ball bearing may include a ball cage in a ring shape, a plurality of balls rotatably coupled to the ball cage, at least one washer positioned at least one of between the thrust surface of the cylinder block and the plurality of balls and between the thrust surface of the crankshaft and the plurality of balls, and a rotation preventing portion that limits rotation of the washer with respect to the corresponding thrust surface. According to a reciprocating compressor having the rotation preventing portion, as relative rotation of the washer with respect to the thrust surface of the cylinder block and/or the thrust surface of the crankshaft is restrained even if a rotational force higher than a viscous force acting on the washer is applied because a viscosity of oil is lowered, it is possible to eliminate the problem of deterioration of reliability and performance of the compressor.

A reciprocating compressor may include a discharge muffler that attenuates discharge noise of a discharge gas discharged after being compressed in a cylinder of a compression unit, and two or more discharge hoses coupled to the discharge muffler and that discharges the discharge gas outside of the compression unit through a discharge pipe. As the reciprocating compressor has two or more discharge hoses that connect the discharge muffler and the discharge pipe, while a rigidity is reduced by reducing an inner diameter of the discharge hose, clogging of the discharge gas during high-speed operation may be suppressed or prevented and pulsation may be effectively reduced.

A plasma control device includes a matching circuit, a resonance circuit, and a controller. The matching circuit is connected to a first electrode of a plasma chamber including the first electrode and a second electrode, and matches impedance of a radio frequency (RF) power by an RF driving signal with an impedance of the first electrode. The RF driving signal is based on a first RF signal having a first frequency. The resonance circuit is connected between the second electrode and a ground voltage, and controls plasma distribution within the plasma chamber by providing resonance with respect to harmonics associated with the first frequency and by adjusting a ground impedance between the second electrode and the ground voltage. The controller provides the resonance circuit with a capacitance control signal associated with the resonance and switch control signals associated with the ground impedance.

An optical emission spectroscopy (OES) calibration system includes a chamber, an adapter, an OES device, a calibration device, and a spectrometer. The chamber includes a viewport. The adapter is fastened to the viewport, and includes a first beam splitter and a second beam splitter. The OES device detects plasma light generated in the chamber and transmitted through the adapter and generates OES data based on the detected plasma light. The calibration device includes a light source, and generates correction data for compensating for deviations in the OES data. The spectrometer detects light emitted from the light source and split by the first beam splitter or the second beam splitter. Each of the OES device, the calibration device, and the spectrometer is fastened to the adapter through an optical cable, and the calibration device generates the correction data using an intensity of light detected by the spectrometer.

Also, an area of an oil passage can be increased without an increase in the frictional loss, resulting in an increase in an amount of oil supplied.
