A disk chucking device is disclosed. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the disk chucking device coupling a disk to a rotor of a motor such that the disk can be mounted and demounted can include a boss, which is coupled with the rotor, a first elastic body, which includes an inner circumference surrounding the boss and in which the first elastic body has elasticity in a radial direction from a center of the boss, a plurality of second elastic bodies, which are radially disposed from the first elastic body and in which the plurality of second elastic bodies are elastically supported by the first elastic body, and a plurality of chuck pins, which press the disk and in which each of the plurality of chuck pins is elastically supported by each of the plurality of second elastic bodies.

A chuck pin and a disk chucking device equipped with the chuck pin are disclosed. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the chuck pin fastening a disk by compressing an inner circumference of the disk includes a protruding part, which presses against the disk, and a body, in which a front part of the body is coupled to the protruding part and an inclined part is formed on a lower surface of the body such that the front part of the body can be rotated about a back part of the body as a pivot when pressure is applied to an upper surface of the protruding part. With this configuration, the chuck pin is kept from floating when the disk rotates, and the chuck pin can be easily tilted downward when the disk is loaded.

An optical disk apparatus is disclosed which includes a first printed circuit board, on which a first circuit pattern is formed; a rotor, on which an optical disk may be placed, and which is electrically connected with the first circuit pattern; a second printed circuit board, which is stacked adjacent to the rotor on a surface of the first printed circuit board, and on which a second circuit pattern is formed; a sensor unit, which is mounted on the second printed circuit board in electrical connection with the second circuit pattern, and which is configured to sense a rotation of the optical disk; and a support plate, which supports the first printed circuit board and the rotor. In this optical disk apparatus, a separate printed circuit board can be utilized to support the sensor unit, whereby manufacturing costs can be reduced and working efficiency can be improved.

This disk chucking apparatus may include: a chuck bass having a plurality of holding portions, a plurality of chuck pins which are inserted in the holding portions to be elastically supported, and protrudes out from the chuck base, an elastic fragment which is arranged to be symmetrical to the chuck pin with respect to the rotation center of the chuck base, and elastically supports a disk together with the chuck pin, and wherein the elastic fragment has an inclined surface inclined with respect to a direction of equipment of the disk, and the inclined surface are increased from smaller radius than the inner radius of the disk to larger radius than the inner radius of the disk. A motor is disclosed. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the motor includes a stator and a rotor, which is supported by the stator such that the rotor rotates. Here, the rotor includes a rotational axis, which is supported by the stator such that the rotational axis rotates, a rotating body, which rotates together with the rotational axis, and a hub, which has a ring-shaped body and a protruding part. Here, the ring-shaped body is interposed between the rotational axis and the rotating body, and the protruding part extends an outer circumferential surface of the ring-shaped body coupled to the rotating body. Thus, the motor can improve the coupling strength between the rotational axis and the rotating body, securing the rotating rotor's stability.
