The present invention relates to a composition for forming a coating layer having a self-healing property which enables the provision of a film exhibiting further improved mechanical properties together with excellent self-healing properties by being applied to the exterior of various household appliances or display devices, etc., a coating layer and a film. The composition for forming a coating layer having a self-healing property comprises: a poly(Calkylene glycol)-modified polyfunctional urethane (meth)acrylate-based binder; a bifunctional or higher polyfunctional (meth)acrylate-based compound; a UV initiator; and a silica nanoparticle, wherein the binder has a trifunctional or higher urethane bond and each poly(Calkylene glycol)-modified (meth)acrylate-based compound is bound to the urethane bond in the binder, and at least two poly(Calkylene glycol)-modified (meth)acrylate-based compounds bound to each urethane bond include poly(Calkylene glycol) repeating units whose numbers of repetitions are different from each other.

The present invention relates to a plastic film and a method for manufacturing same. A plastic film, which is formed such that at least one part has a curved shape, can have high hardness, impact resistance, scratch resistance and high transparency. The plastic film is light and will not be easily damaged by external pressure and thus can substitute for the existing glass and is expected to be used for various electronic products such as a display and the like. In particular, the plastic film has at least one part in a curved shape and thereby is expected to be used for products in various shapes which cannot be manufactured by means of the existing glass. Moreover, a method for manufacturing a plastic film enables manufacturing of a plastic film having at least one part in a curved shape without curls or cracks as well as simultaneous performing of heat molding and heat curing, thereby increasing the productivity of a plastic film.

The present invention relates to a cyclonic plasma pyrolysis/vitrification system pyrolyzing and vitrifying waste materials into exhaust gas and slag using a plasma torch. The plasma torch circulates the exhaust gas in a main reactor with a maximum circulating power by strong plasma jet, and makes flyashes contained in the circulating exhaust gas to be melted after being adsorbed at the inner walls or in the melted materials of waste at the bottom of the main reactor by a centrifugal force. Accordingly, discharge of flyashes containing toxic materials to the outside is prevented, and pyrolysis and gasification of the waste materials are induced by circulating the exhaust gas rapidly.
