There is provided an LED testing apparatus. An LED testing apparatus according to an aspect of the invention may include: a first lighting unit generating first light and irradiating the first light onto an LED having an encapsulant including a fluorescent material excited by the first light to emit light having a longer wavelength than the first light; a second lighting unit generating second light having a longer wavelength than the first light to irradiate the second light onto the LED; an image acquisition unit receiving the light emitted from the fluorescent material and the second light reflected off the LED to acquire images of the LED; and an LED state determination unit determining whether the LED is acceptable or defective using the images of the LED acquired by the image acquisition unit.

LED testing apparatus and testing method thereof

A distance measuring apparatus includes a light source unit generating reference light for distance measuring, a light receiving device receiving light reflected from an object to be measured, which has received the reference light, a mirror controlling a path of the reference light, and controlling a path of light, reflected from the object to be measured, toward the light receiving device, and a sensor lens focusing the light reflected from the mirror on the light receiving device. The sensor lens includes a lens portion refracting light, a flange portion provided around the circumference of the lens portion and including a coupling portion for fixing the sensor lens, and a light passing portion formed at the lens portion.

Distance measuring apparatus

A built-in antenna assembly of a wireless communication terminal is provided. A base is mounted on a substrate. A radiator is fixed onto an upper end of the base, and transmits/receives a signal. A terminal is extended along an outer surface of the base from the radiator to contact a contact pad protruded from the substrate. The terminal supplies a power to the radiator when in contact with the contact pad and is grounded. A terminal hooker is disposed on an underside surface of the base corresponding to a free end of the terminal so that the free end is fixed to the base. The invention allows easier and more flexible design for the terminal which is in electrical contact with the substrate of the built-in antenna. Moreover, the invention is universally applicable to various terminal models, and enhances productivity due to simpler configuration and easier assembling structure.
