The method of performing NL for a RU in a base station having a structure of a C-RAN, performed between a C-RAN base station body and a RU in the C-RAN supporting multiple cells and multiple RUs, includes the steps of: (a) searching for, by the C-RAN base station body, RU configuration (a cell-RU combination) information constructed therein to instruct an RU that is to perform NL to perform the NL while instructing a RU using the same physical cell identifier (PCI) as the RU that is to perform the NL to turn off a radio frequency (RF) transmit (Tx) output thereof during performance of the NL of the RU that is to perform NL; (b) performing, by the RU instructed to perform the NL, the NL with a RF transmit (Tx) output thereof turned off; (c) turning on, by the RU instructed to perform the NL, the RF transmit (Tx) output thereof after completion of the performance of the NL while reporting a result of the performance of the NL and completion of the NL to the C-RAN base station body; and (d) instructing, by the C-RAN base station body, the RU using the same PCI to turn on the RF transmit (Tx) output thereof.

According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the power module package includes: a lead frame on which a power device and a control IC electrically connected to the power device and controlling the power device are mounted; and a thermal sheet bonded to one surface of the lead frame, wherein the thermal sheet includes first and second resin layers which include a thermal conductive inorganic filler and are added with a mixture of phenyl glycidyl ether (PGE) and alkyl glycidyl ether (Alkyl (C12 to C14) glycidyl ether), and a thermal spreader of a metal material disposed at a bonded interface which is formed between the first and second resin layers. Therefore, it is possible to easily improve a thermal property of the power module package by a thermal spreading effect due to the thermal spreader.

Disclosed herein are an apparatus and method for measuring quality of an image received via a communication network. The apparatus includes an interface unit, a codec unit, a test image detection unit, and a Mean Opinion Score (MOS) measurement unit. The interface unit receives an image, including a start synchronization image and a test image via a communication network. The codec unit decodes the received image into a color signal. The test image detection unit detects any one value of brightness, saturation and hue information of the color signal input from the codec unit, calculates an average value for each frame, and detects the test image from the received image based on the calculated average value. The MOS measurement unit synchronizes the test image with a corresponding reference image, compares the quality of the test image with the quality of the reference image, calculates an MOS value based on the results of the comparison, and outputs the MOS value.
