A display device includes: a display driver for displaying an image on a display panel of the display device, and generating a mode control signal indicating whether the display panel includes at least one of a first display area and a second display area; and a sensor driver for setting a touch sensitivity of a first touch area of the display device corresponding to the first display area and a touch sensitivity of a second touch area of the display device correspond to the second display area, based on the mode control signal.

A display device includes a display unit having a display area with a first hole formed therein, and an input sensing unit which is disposed on the display unit and having a second hole corresponding to the first hole. the input sensing unit includes a base layer which includes: an adjacent area adjacent to the second hole; and a sensing area overlapping the display area, detection electrodes disposed on the sensing area; and a first connection wiring disposed on the adjacent area and that electrically connects at least two detection electrodes spaced apart by the second hole, disposed at respective sides of the second hole. The display unit includes dams disposed adjacent to the first hole, each of the dams forming a closed loop along edges of the first hole. The first connection wiring overlaps at least one of the dams.

Display device

A touch sensing device includes a base layer, a touch electrode layer, a first reinforcing member, and a touch circuit board. The base layer includes a main area and a protruding area protruding from the main area in a first direction. The touch electrode layer is disposed on a surface of the base layer. The first reinforcing member is disposed on a surface of the protruding area. The touch circuit board is electrically connected to the touch electrode layer. The protruding area includes a bending area and a pad area. The bending area is bent downward. The pad area extends from the bending area in the first direction and overlaps the base layer in a second direction intersecting the first direction in a bent state of the bending area. The touch circuit board is attached to the pad area.

Touch sensing device and display device including the same

A display device is disclosed that includes a display panel, a sensor substrate, sensing electrodes, an antenna pattern, an antenna signal line, an antenna pad, and an antenna frame. The sensor substrate is disposed on an upper surface of the display panel and includes a touch sensing area, a first peripheral area adjacent to the touch sensing area, and a second peripheral area bent from the first peripheral area. The sensing electrodes and the antenna pattern are disposed on the touch sensing area of the sensor substrate. The antenna signal line is connected from the antenna pattern and extends to the first peripheral area and the second peripheral area. The antenna pad is disposed in the second peripheral area and connects to the antenna signal line. The antenna frame is attached to a lower surface of the display panel and defines a bending shape of the sensor substrate.

A display device is provided. The display device includes a display unit which includes a display area and a first hole formed in the display area; and an input sensing unit which is disposed on the display unit and comprises a second hole corresponding to the first hole, the input sensing unit further including: a base layer which includes: an adjacent area disposed adjacent to the second hole and a sensing area overlapping the display area and surrounding the adjacent area; detection electrodes which are disposed on the sensing area; and a first connection wiring which is disposed on the adjacent area, the first connection wire electrically connecting at least two detection electrodes spaced apart by the second hole, disposed at respective sides of the second hole.

A touch screen and a display device having the same are disclosed. The touch screen includes an insulating substrate including a sensing region and a peripheral region, a plurality of sensing electrodes disposed in the sensing region, a plurality of wirings disposed in the peripheral region and electrically connected to the plurality of sensing electrodes, a plurality of pads disposed in the peripheral region and electrically connected to the plurality of wirings, an optical film disposed on an upper portion of the plurality of sensing electrodes, a flexible circuit board electrically connected to the plurality of pads, and a reinforcing member disposed on the flexible circuit board corresponding to the plurality of pads, wherein a first height measured from the insulating substrate to an upper surface of the reinforcing member is equal to a second height measured from the insulating substrate to an upper surface of the optical film.

Touch screen and display device having the same

An optical touch film includes a sensor layer, an optical film, an adhesive layer, a separation layer, and a refractive insulating layer. The sensor layer includes touch electrodes forming a sensor. The adhesive layer is between the sensor layer and the optical film. The separation layer is on a surface of the sensor layer. The separation layer includes an organic polymer material. The refractive insulating layer is on the touch electrodes. A refractive index of the refractive insulating layer is greater than a refractive index of the separation layer.

Optical touch film, display device including the same, and manufacturing method thereof

A touch screen panel including a display panel; a first flexible circuit board including a first end connected to the display panel, the first flexible circuit board having at least one first opening; a touch panel disposed on the display panel and the first flexible circuit board; and a second flexible circuit board including a first end connected to the touch panel, the second flexible circuit board having at least one second opening corresponding to the at least one first opening.
