Disclosed is a headrest having a speaker, the headrest including: a headrest frame having a rear surface to which a driving module is coupled so that the headrest frame is movable forwards, rearwards, or vertically in response to operation of the driving module, the headrest frame having a front surface formed with a mounting space recessed rearwards; a speaker, inserted into the mounting space in the headrest frame, provided with an output portion facing forwards and outputting sound, the speaker having a rear side closed by the headrest frame; a foam pad, mounted on the front surface of the headrest frame so as to cover the headrest frame and the speaker, having formed therein a first through hole outputting sound forwards at a position corresponding to the output portion; and a covering configured to cover the front surface of the foam pad and forming the front exterior of the headrest.

The above-described method eliminates a spot-welding process which might otherwise be performed prior to the process of braze-welding the fixing plate and the flow channel cap in conventional heat exchangers, to thereby reduce manufacturing costs and labor and to improve productivity.

In particular, a gear box assists in a steering force of a steering wheel, and a reservoir tank stores hydraulic oil therein. An electro-hydraulic power pump pumps the hydraulic oil via an electric motor to supply the hydraulic oil to the gear box. A first valve is mounted to a hydraulic line through which the hydraulic oil flows from the electro-hydraulic power pump to the gear box, and a second valve is mounted to a hydraulic line through which the hydraulic oil returns from the gear box to the reservoir tank.

An &agr;-Al O single crystal substrate is prepared, and then, a GaN piezoelectric single crystal thin film of &lsqb;0001&rsqb; direction is epitaxially grown to a thickness of 0.3-300 &mgr;m on the substrate.
