Disclosed herein are a method for broadcast gateway signaling and an apparatus for the same. The apparatus for broadcast gateway signaling includes an inner packet generator for generating an inner packet corresponding to the inner layer of a tunneling system; an outer packet generator for generating an outer packet corresponding to the outer layer of the tunneling system; an outer packet header generator for generating the header of the outer packet; and an STL transmission unit for transmitting the outer packet to a transmitter via a Studio-to-Transmitter Link (STL).

Method and apparatus for broadcast gateway signaling for ensuring reliability

This invention relates to a method to induce growth of carbon nanotubes using a liquid phased-hydrocarbon based material under a critical range of equilibrating between liquid and gas phases, thereby easily manipulating a required carbon source. This invention also relates to a method to facilitate easy generation of a carbon backbone of the carbon nanotube because the reaction is performed in the presence of a metal nanoparticle or a metal compound capable of spontaneously generating a seed catalyst which stimulates the growth of carbon nanotubes as well as secures safety enough for the industrial application by using a mild reaction condition within the critical range. Accordingly, this invention can produce the carbon nanotube with high transition efficiency under a mild condition with a relatively lower temperature and pressure than those in conventional gas phased-methods without using a costly equipment, thereby cost-effectively producing the carbon nanotube in large quantities.

Method of preparing carbon nanotube from liquid phased-carbon source

A polymeric gel electrolyte and a lithium battery employing the same are disclosed. The polymeric gel electrolyte includes a first ionic conductive polymer having a weight-average molecular weight of greater than or equal to 5,000 and smaller than 100,000, a second ionic conductive polymer having a weight-average molecular weight of 100,000 to 5,000,000, and an electrolytic solution that includes a lithium salt and an organic solvent. The first ionic conductive polymer preferably is at least one polymer selected from polyethyleneglycol dimethylether, polyethyleneglycol diethylether, polyethyleneglycol dimethacrylate, polyethyleneglycol diacrylate, polypropyleneglycol dimethacrylate, polypropyleneglycol diacrylate, and mixtures and combinations thereof, and the second ionic conductive polymer preferably is at least one polymer selected from polyvinylidenefluoride, polyvinylidenefluoride-hexafluoropropylene copolymer, polyurethane, polyethylene oxide, polyacrylonitrile, polymethylmethacrylate, polyacrylamide, polyacetate, and mixtures and combinations thereof.
