A method of measuring feeding velocity of a web, on which a scale having pitches different from pitches of a mask are formed, is provided. The method includes: calculating a number of vibrations of a moir&#xe9; image of light passing through the mask and the scale; calculating pitches of the scale of the fed web based on the calculated number of vibrations of the moir&#xe9; image; averaging the pitches of the scale so that a change in a pitch between adjacent timings among the calculated pitches of the scale is minimized; extracting first signals corresponding to our phases for one pitch based on the averaged pitches of the scale; calculating two second signals for forming a Lissajous circle from the first signals; and calculating an angle of the Lissajous circle by the two second signals and then calculating the feeding velocity of the web by using the calculated angle.

Apparatus and method of measuring web feeding velocity by using single field encoder

A printing apparatus for measuring and compensating for a synchronization error is provided. The printing apparatus includes: a rotating part configured to include a roll of which the surface is made of a flexible material and a motor rotating the roll; a support part having a substrate disposed on an upper portion thereof to support the substrate and formed to relatively move in a direction parallel with a tangential direction of the rotating part and the roll; a printing pressure part formed to provide adhesion and printing pressure of the roll to the substrate by changing an interval between the rotating part and the support part; and a compensation unit configured to include a sensor unit which is disposed on a lower portion of the substrate to measure forces which are applied between the roll and the substrate at a contact position between the roll and the substrate and a control unit which performs a control to compensate for the synchronization error by using values of forces measured by the sensor unit.

Provided is an integrated coating system. An integrated coating system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: a unwinding means provided with a roll to supply a web; a worktable roll configured to support the web supplied from the unwinding means; a plurality of printing means configured to perform printing or coating on the web supplied from the unwinding means; a plurality of curing means each of which is modulated to cure a printing material on the web passing through at least one printing means; and a winding means around which the web, of which printing or coating work is completed by passing through the curing means, is wound in a roll shape.
