A booster assembly includes a booster provided at an engine room partitioned from a passenger compartment by a partition plate, a master cylinder disposed outwardly of a front side of the front cell, and fastening members to simultaneously mount the booster and master cylinder to the vehicle. Each fastening member includes a tube extending through the booster and having a front portion extending through a flange of the master cylinder, nuts fastened to respective front portions of the tubes, to fasten the master cylinder to the booster, through-bolts extending through respective tubes and the partition plate, to be mounted to the front portions of respective tubes, and a non-circular coupler formed at a rear portion of each tube, to prevent the tube from rotating when the corresponding nut is fastened to the tube. The rear cell is provided with a hole having a shape mating with the non-circular coupler.

Booster assembly for vehicle

A tie rod-type brake booster including a casing provided with a front cell and a rear cell, the front cell and the rear cell sealingly joining to each other, a tie rod caulked to the rear cell through the casing, a reinforcement plate to closely contact an inner surface of the front cell to enhance rigidity of the casing, the reinforcement plate being provided with a through hole penetrated by the tie rod, and a support member formed at a penetration portion of the front cell penetrated by the tie rod to fix the reinforcement plate, wherein the support member comprises a bent portion bent from the penetration portion of the front cell, and a pressing portion perpendicularly extending from the bent portion with respect to an axial direction of the tie rod.

Disclosed is a master cylinder for brake systems including a cylinder body including a first cylinder having a first bore therein and a second cylinder having a second bore therein, the first and second cylinders being joined together by fastening members to allow the first and second bores to communicate with each other, a first and second piston installed to move forward and backward in the first and second bores, a first hydraulic pressure chamber adapted to be pressed by the first piston arranged in the first bore, and a second hydraulic pressure chamber adapted to be pressed by the second piston arranged in the second bore. Each of the first and second bores comprises a large diameter portion expanded to an inside of the cylinder body to increase a flow rate at an initial stage of braking and a small diameter portion narrowed from the large diameter portion.

Master cylinder for brake system

Disclosed is a master cylinder for brake systems including a cylinder body having a bore therein, a first and second piston installed in the bore to move forward and backward, and a first hydraulic pressure chamber and a second hydraulic pressure chamber, the first and second hydraulic pressure chambers being divided from each other in the bore. The master cylinder further includes a pressure regulating channel to connect the first hydraulic pressure chamber to second hydraulic pressure chamber to reduce pressure difference between the first hydraulic pressure chamber and the second hydraulic pressure chamber, and a flow control valve provided in the pressure regulating channel to open and close the pressure regulating channel according to the pressure difference between the first hydraulic pressure chamber and the second hydraulic pressure chamber. The first hydraulic pressure chamber is provided with a large hydraulic pressure chamber expanded to an inside of the cylinder body, and a small hydraulic pressure chamber smaller than the large hydraulic pressure chamber.
