A thin film transistor array panel includes: a first gate line extending in a first direction; a second gate line extending in the first direction; a data line extending in a different second direction; a first common signal distribution line including a plurality of first branches connected to each other, wherein the first branches extend in the second direction and intersect under or over with the first gate line and the second gate line. The first branches are connected to receive an electrostatic offset voltage of polarity opposite to that of data line voltages supplied on the data line. A column of pixel-electrodes are sandwiched between the data line and one of the first branches.

Thin film transistor display panel and method of manufacturing the same

In a touch substrate and a display apparatus, the touch substrate includes a first electrode, a second electrode, a first touch electrode and a blocking layer. The first electrode includes an opaque conductive material and extends along a first direction. The second electrode includes the opaque conductive material, extends along a second direction crossing the first direction, and has a gap through which the first electrode extends. The first touch electrode is formed on the first electrode and is electrically connected to the first electrode. The blocking layer overlaps the first and second electrodes.

A liquid crystal display includes a first substrate, a second substrate having a first surface and a second surface facing the first substrate, a liquid crystal layer between the first and second substrates, and a touch sensor layer on the first surface. The touch sensor layer includes a first electrode in a first direction on the first surface, a second electrode in a second direction crossing the first direction on the first surface and including first and second portions that are separated by the first electrode, a bridge wire including first and second contacts on the first surface. The first contact is electrically connected to the first portion of the second electrode, and the second contact is electrically connected to the second portion of the second electrode. An insulating layer insulates the bridge wire from the first electrode and exposes the first contact and the second contact.

Liquid crystal display including touch sensor layer and manufacturing method thereof

An array substrate includes a substrate, a data line formed on the substrate, a passivation layer formed on the data line, a gate line including a gate electrode and a capacitor line formed on the passivation layer, a gate insulation layer formed on the gate electrode and the capacitor line, a semiconductor layer formed on the gate insulation layer, a contact hole formed through the passivation layer and the gate insulation layer to expose the data line and a source electrode and a drain electrode formed on the semiconductor layer. The capacitor electrode is overlapped with the data line. The source electrode is connected to the data line through the contact hole and the source electrode and the drain electrode include a transparent conductive material.
