There are provided a system for ablation utilizing multiple electrodes and a method for controlling the system. The system includes: a main amplification unit providing main radio frequency (RF) power by amplifying received power; a sub-amplification unit providing sub-RF power by amplifying received power; a first switching unit transmitting the main RF power provided by the main amplification unit to one of first to third electrodes; a second switching unit transmitting the sub-RF power provided by the sub-amplification unit to one of the first to third electrodes; and a control unit controlling the first and second switching units to apply the main RF power and the sub-RF power to a pair of respective electrodes previously selected from the first to third electrodes.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for measurement of the surface profile detecting 2D-image of the surface of the object. The apparatus for measurement of the surface profile according to the present invention comprises a first light source illuminating a first one-color light to the surface of the object; a second light source illuminating a second one-color light of which color is different from the first one-color light to the surface of the object; a black-and-white camera capturing the first one-color light and the second one-color light reflected from the surface of the object, which are illuminated from the first light source and the second light source; and a controller controlling the first light source, the second light source and the black-and-white camera to obtain a first black-and-white image data and a second black-and-white image data corresponding to the first one-color light and the second one-color light respectively in the state that the first one-color light and the second one-color light are illuminated to the surface of the object, and generating a synthesized color image of the surface of the object using the first black-and-white image data and the second black-and-white image data. Thus, it is possible to obtain the color 2D-image using the low-priced black-and-white camera, and it is also possible to improve processing speed by means of using the black-and-white camera of which processing speed is faster than that of a color camera.

Apparatus for measurement of surface profile

Low dielectric constant dielectric ceramics for a borosilicate-based low temperature fired multi-layer substrate is disclosed which can be fired at a wide temperature range of above and below 900&#xb0; C. and exhibits a low loss electrical property. By controlling the types and addition amount of the alkaline earth metal oxide, the linear shrinkage behavior can be considerably controlled while maintaining the electrical property unchanged. The composition facilitates matching a linear shrinkage with a heterogeneous material having certain shrinkage characteristics.

Low dielectric constant low temperature fired ceramics

A dielectric composition that can be fired at a temperature of below 900&#xb0; C. The dielectric composition has a dielectric constant of 25&#x2013;35 and a quality factor (Qxf) of 6,000&#x2013;20,000 GHz. The composition comprises 3&#x2013;16 wt % of KO&#x2014;NaO&#x2014;LiO&#x2014;BO&#x2014;SiOsystem glass frit and 84&#x2013;97 wt % of BaO&#x2014;TiOsystem dielectric ceramics. The composition can be effectively applied to construct a part of a ceramic multi-layer packaging as a resonator form such as a filter or an antenna, etc.
