The present invention provides a system for capturing and recycling carbon dioxide in an exhaust gas, which includes a COcapture unit into which an exhaust gas containing COis input, and which captures the COas a high concentration enriched gas and separates a first treatment gas; a mineralization process unit which mineralizes the COafter receiving the high concentration enriched gas captured in the COcapture unit and discharges a second treatment gas; a mixing tank which receives the first treatment gas and the second treatment gas and mixes them so that the contained COhas a predetermined concentration; a photo-culture process unit which receives the resulting third treatment gas from the mixing tank to perform a photo-culture process using microalgae; and a control unit which controls the flow rates and the COcontents of the gases supplied and discharged to/from the COcapture unit, the mineralization process unit, the mixing tank and the photo-culture process unit.

Accordingly, the present invention has advantages in that high resistance to electromagnetic interference may be achieved by disposing a preamplifier close to a terminal of an electrochemical energy device to amplify only the signal without amplifying a noise introduced into a wiring.

The highly efficient sodium hypochlorite generation apparatus of the present invention capable of decreasing disinfection by-products comprises: a diaphragm electrolytic bath comprising an anode room into which a sodium chloride aqueous solution flows, a cathode room into which water flows, and a cation exchange membrane for dividing the anode room and the cathode room; an anode water storage tank for storing chlorine gas and anode water generated by the electrolysis of the anode room; a cathode water storage tank for storing sodium hydroxide generated by the electrolysis of the cathode room and discharging hydrogen gas; and a gas/liquid contact portion in which the chlorine gas supplied from the anode water storage tank reacts with the sodium hydroxide generated at the cathode water storage tank to produce sodium hypochlorite, wherein the sodium hypochlorite generation apparatus further comprises a water-splitting electrodialysis tank for producing hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide using a sodium chloride aqueous solution and water to supply the same as anode water and cathode water, respectively. The present invention can provide a highly efficient sodium hypochlorite generation apparatus capable of decreasing disinfection by-products which can minimize the generation of chlorate ions (ClO3&#x2212;), by-products, by increasing the chlorine generation efficiency of an anode and adjusting a material balance in case of gas/liquid contact. In addition, since it is possible to provide chemicals generated using salt only to a diaphragm sodium hypochlorite generation apparatus, a highly efficient sodium hypochlorite generation apparatus capable of decreasing disinfection by-products with excellent safety and economic efficiency can be provided without using expensive chemicals that are difficult to handle.

Provided are a differential voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) and a quadrature VCO using center-tapped cross-coupling of a transformer. The differential VCO and the quadrature VCO can be driven by low power through a current reuse structure and have an excellent phase noise characteristic by center-tapped cross-coupling through a transformer. Further, variable capacitance units for frequency variation are divided into variable capacitance units for coarse tuning and variable capacitance units for fine tuning. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a wide tuning range while voltage oscillation gain is reduced. Further, the differential VCO and the quadrature VCO are configured in such a manner that the respective variable capacitance units operate linearly throughout the entire capacitance region due to control voltage distribution by resistors. Accordingly, it is possible to obtain a linear control voltage-oscillation frequency characteristic. The quadrature VCO according to the present invention can output four-phase quadrature signals while having an excellent phase noise characteristic, without substrate loss and current consumption caused by the switching transistors.
