The present invention relates to an air conditioning system for a vehicle in which an air-conditioning module having an air-conditioning case and a blower unit is disposed at a side of an engine room relative to a dash panel, and a distribution duct having a defrost vent, a face vent, and a floor vent is disposed in the interior of a vehicle relative to the dash panel so as to distribute cold air and hot air discharged from the air-conditioning case into the interior of the vehicle, wherein the floor vent is placed on one side of an area, in which a relatively large amount of hot air flows, in a mixing chamber of the distribution duct where cold air and hot air are mixed, i.e. a side adjacent to the dash panel.

Vehicle air-conditioning system

The temperature control device for a vehicle, heats the interior of the vehicle and a battery, and an air conditioner for a vehicle having the same. The battery temperature control device includes a refrigerant circulation line having a compressor, an indoor heat exchanger, expansion means and an outdoor heat exchanger; a coolant circulation line which circulates a heater core mounted to heat the interior of the vehicle; and a coolant heat exchanger mounted to exchange heat between refrigerant circulating the refrigerant circulation line and coolant circulating the coolant circulation line, wherein a battery is arranged on the coolant circulation line.

The present invention relates to an air conditioning system for a vehicle and a method for controlling the same and, more specifically, to an air conditioning system for a vehicle and a method for controlling the same in which an opening/closing valve and an expansion valve are installed on a branch line connecting a first air conditioning unit and a second air conditioning unit, the opening/closing valve is always open so as to always supply a refrigerant to the second air conditioning unit during a cooling mode, and the opening/closing valve is always closed so as to always block the refrigerant supply to the second air conditioning unit during a heating mode, such that the refrigerant flows into the branch line of the second air conditioning unit even during a single cooling mode, thereby solving the problem wherein the pressure of a compressor increases, oil is forcibly circulated through a notch of the expansion valve, thereby solving the problem wherein the oil circulation rate decreases, and the refrigerant supply to the second air conditioning unit is blocked during a dual heating mode, thereby solving the problem wherein the heating performance of an electric heating type heater decreases when the second air conditioning unit is operated.

Air conditioning system for vehicle and method for controlling same

Air conditioning system for a vehicle which includes an air-conditioning module having an air-conditioning case, which has a cold air passageway and a warm air passageway partitioned from each other, and a blower unit, and an indoor air inflow duct for introducing indoor air of the interior of the vehicle into the blower unit. An outlet of the air-conditioning case and an inlet of the indoor air inflow port are arranged to be adjacent to each other, so that the air conditioning system for a vehicle can be installed through just one through hole part formed in a dash panel.

The present invention relates to a vehicle air-conditioning system and, more particularly, to a vehicle air-conditioning system in which an air-conditioning module consisting of an air-conditioning case and a blowing apparatus is disposed at a side of an engine room with respect to a dash panel, and a distribution duct for distributing cold and hot air discharged from the air-conditioning case into the inside of a vehicle is disposed on the indoor side of the vehicle with respect to the dash panel. The vehicle air-conditioning system may prevent a reverse flow of outdoor air into a cold air discharge port and a hot air discharge port due to the wind pressure when driving by forming a shielding means at the sides of the cold air discharge port and the hot air discharge port, which discharge the cold and hot air of the air-conditioning case to the outside, thereby improving the cooling and heating performance by smoothly discharging heat through the cold air discharge port and the hot air discharge port.

A battery temperature control device for a vehicle, which heats the interior of the vehicle and a battery, and an air conditioner for a vehicle having same, the battery temperature control device including: a refrigerant circulation line (R) having a compressor (), an indoor heat exchanger (), expansion means () and an outdoor heat exchanger (); a coolant circulation line (W) which circulates a heater core () mounted to heat the interior of the vehicle; and a coolant heat exchanger () mounted to exchange heat between refrigerant circulating the refrigerant circulation line (R) and coolant circulating the coolant circulation line (W). Battery () is arranged on the coolant circulation line (W). The coolant circulation line which can heat the interior of the vehicle and the battery at the same allowing the battery temperature control device and the air conditioner heat the vehicle's interior and the battery effectively.
