Disclosed herein is an organic light-emitting display (OLED) device. The OLED device includes a pixel drive circuit and an organic light-emitting element on an array substrate, a passivation layer covering the pixel drive circuit and the organic light-emitting element so as to block permeation of moisture, and an adhesive layer on the passivation layer. The passivation layer is an inorganic thin film including an organosilicon compound.

Organic light-emitting display device

A method of manufacturing an OLED device is discussed. The method can include forming a gate electrode on a substrate; forming a gate insulation film on the substrate provided with the gate electrode; forming a channel layer, a source electrode and a drain electrode on the substrate provided with the gate insulation film; forming an organic light emitting diode which includes a first electrode connected to the drain electrode, an organic emission layer formed on the first electrode, and a second electrode formed on the organic emission layer; forming a passivation layer, which has a hydrogen content below 10%, on the substrate provided with the organic light emitting diode using an organic silicon compound; and forming a sealing layer on the substrate provided with the passivation layer.

Method for manufacturing organic light emitting diode display device

An organic light emitting device comprises a first substrate; a thin film transistor layer provided on the first substrate; a light emitting diode layer provided on the thin film transistor layer; and a passivation layer provided on the light emitting diode layer, the passivation layer including a first inorganic insulating film and a second inorganic insulating film, wherein a content of H contained in the first inorganic insulating film is smaller than that of H contained in the second inorganic insulating film.

Disclosed is a mask which can be used for forming a pattern on a substrate in a deposition apparatus, and a method for manufacturing a display device using the same. The mask includes a mask pattern and a frame. The mask has a tapered shape where the inner surface of the frame tapers in a direction from an upper end to a lower end. A thin film pattern is formed on a substrate using the mask pattern of the mask. The frame supports an outer of the mask pattern, and includes an inclined plane which tapers in an inner direction where the mask pattern is disposed.

Disclosed is a maskless exposure method, where it is possible to perform a more precise optical alignment using a first pattern of a maskless exposure part and a second pattern of a main reference unit, and it is also possible to reduce generation of a blur in an exposed pattern.

A display device includes a transparent plate having a first area and a second area, a first conductive line on the second area of the transparent plate, a substrate having a third area and a fourth area on the first area of the transparent plate, a display element on the third area of the substrate, and a second conductive line on the fourth area of the substrate. The second conductive line is electrically coupled between the display element and the first conductive line, and the first and second conductive lines are on different planes.
