Disclosed is a touchscreen panel capable of achieving an enhancement in active pen touch performance while securing a desired finger touch performance. A touchscreen integrated display device using the touchscreen panel is also disclosed. The touchscreen panel includes first touch electrodes each extending in a first direction while having a bar shape, second touch electrodes insulated from the first touch electrodes, each second touch electrode extending in a second direction while having a bar shape, to overlap with the first touch electrodes at predetermined portions thereof, first wing patterns formed at opposite longitudinal sides of each first touch electrode in regions where the first touch electrode does not overlap with the second touch electrodes, respectively, and second wing patterns formed at opposite longitudinal sides of each second touch electrode in regions where the second touch electrode does not overlap with the first touch electrodes, respectively.

Touchscreen panel and touchscreen integrated display device

A foldable display device may prevent defects in touch sensing, caused by stress concentrated at a folding part. A foldable display device may include a lower base material and an upper base material, each base material including at least one folding part and non-folding parts in a display area; a thin film transistor array on the lower base material; an organic light emitting array on the thin film transistor array; a touch electrode array disposed on the upper base material, and oppositely bonded to the organic light emitting array disposed opposite to the touch electrode array by an adhesive layer; and a plurality of wirings having a zigzag shape and uneven depth level in the folding part on the upper base material.

Foldable display device

Disclosed is a foldable display which includes a protective layer to protect a display area exposed when the display is folded and has a touch electrode array extension on the protective layer so as to enable touch input in the display area. The foldable display includes a display panel provided with a front surface, a part of which is exposed when the foldable display is folded, and including a touch electrode array, and a support part adhered to the rear surface of the display panel, and the touch electrode array includes the touch electrode array extension provided to cover a part of the front surface of the foldable display exposed when the foldable display is folded.
