The present invention relates to a flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition that contains a phenol resin derivative having good char formability, regardless of the base resin. A flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition according to the present invention comprises (A) 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin as a base resin, (B) about 0.1&#x2dc;100 parts by weight of a phenol resin derivative, and (C) about 0.1&#x2dc;50 parts by weight of a phosphorous compound or a mixture of phosphorous compounds.

Flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition

The thermoplastic resin composition according to the present invention comprises (A) about 20&#x2dc;95 parts by weight of a rubber-modified polystyrene resin composed of (a) about 10&#x2dc;60% by weight of a styrene-containing graft copolymer resin containing about 10&#x2dc;60% by weight of a rubber and about 90&#x2dc;40% by weight of a styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer, the styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer containing about 0.5&#x2dc;10% by weight of acrylonitrile, and (a) about 90&#x2dc;40% by weight of a styrene-containing copolymer resin containing 0&#x2dc;20% by weight of a rubber; and (B) about 5&#x2dc;80 parts by weight of a polyphenylene ether.

Thermoplastic resin compositions

A thermoplastic flame retardant resin composition according to the present invention comprises: (A) about 40&#x2dc;95 parts by weight of a styrenic resin; (B) about 5&#x2dc;60 parts by weight of a polyphenylene ether, (C) about 0.1&#x2dc;40 parts by weight of a rubber modified polystyrene resin containing about 40&#x2dc;65% by weight of a rubber and about 0.1&#x2dc;8% by weight of acrylonitrile based on 100 parts by weight of the sum of (A) and (B); and (D) about 5 to 30 parts by weight of an aromatic phosphoric acid ester compound based on 100 parts by weight of the sum of (A) and (B).

Thermoplastic flame retardant resin compositions

The present invention relates to a flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition that contains a phenol resin derivative having good char formability, regardless of the base resin. A flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition according to the present invention comprises (A) 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin as a base resin, (B) about 0.1&#x2dc;100 parts by weight of a phenol resin derivative, and (C) about 0.1&#x2dc;50 parts by weight of a phosphoric acid ester morpholide compound or a mixture of phosphoric acid ester morpholide compounds. Another flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition according to the present invention comprises (A) 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin as a base resin, (B) about 0.1&#x2dc;100 parts by weight of polyphenylene ether, (C) about 0.1&#x2dc;100 parts by weight of a phenol resin derivative, and (D) about 0.1&#x2dc;50 parts by weight of a phosphoric acid ester morpholide compound or a mixture of phosphoric acid ester morpholide compounds. The thermoplastic resin composition containing polyphenylene ether resin may also contain up to 5.0 parts by weight of an anti-dripping agent based on 100 parts by weight of the base resin.

A rail fixing clip of a railway for fixing a rail of the railway with respect to a rail support has an insertion portion and a support portion. The insertion portion includes a hinge portion of a straight line rod shape and a couple-of-force portion extended from one end of the hinge portion and arranged in parallel with respect to the hinge portion above the hinge portion and inserted into an elongated hole of a fixing implement of the rail support. The support portion includes a co-working portion extended from the other end of the couple-of-force portion and arranged in parallel with respect to the couple-of-force portion above the couple-of-force portion and a pressing portion extended from the co-working portion and arranged in parallel with respect to the insertion portion at a certain horizontal distance below the co-working portion for thereby pressing the upper surface of the flange portion of the rail.

Rail fixing clip

A rail clip fixing implement has a fixing portion having a fixing hole and an elongated hole with a horizontal cross-section length for insertion of insertion portions of a rail clip. An embedded portion extends downwardly from a lower portion of the fixing portion for embedding in a tie. A support horizontally extends between the fixing portion and the embedded portion for supporting a lower portion of a flange portion of a rail on the surface of the tie. The elongated hole is preferably slanted at an angle range of 0&deg; to 90&deg; in such a manner that the length of the cross section is formed in the direction of the rail.

Rail clip fixing implement

A railway rail support has a fixing plate with a flat body with an upper surface for receiving a rail, left and right fixing portions and front and rear extended support portions respectively extending from opposite sides of the body, and a through hole at a center portion of the body. A buffering plate for elastically supporting a lower portion of the fixing plate has a support portion for projecting through the through hole of the fixing plate to an upper surface protruded beyond the upper surface of the fixing plate, whereby to decrease impact of the rail.
