The present disclosure relates to a method for preparing a mordenite zeolite, the method including crystallizing, at a temperature of 150° C. to 190° C., a gel which includes, in mol based on 1 mol of silica, 0.02 to 0.2 of an alumina precursor, 0.01 to 0.04 of a structure-directing agent, 0.1 to 0.18 of a pH control agent, and 10 to 100 of water. According to the present disclosure, a mordenite zeolite having high particle size uniformity and a particle size controllable while maintaining the particle size uniformity may be prepared.

Method for preparing mordenite zeolite having controllable particle size

The present invention relates to a method for preparing hierarchical zeolites, including the steps of preparing a first mixture solution including a structure-directing agent, an alumina precursor and a pH controller; preparing a second mixture solution by injecting a silica precursor into the first mixture solution; preparing an aqueous solution including a surfactant; preparing a third mixture solution by injecting the aqueous solution into the second mixture solution; and drying and heat-treating the third mixture solution. According to the present invention, hierarchical zeolites having a uniform morphology can be prepared, and thus hierarchical zeolites having improved activity are provided.

Hierarchical zeolites and preparation method therefor

The present invention provides a method for preparing hierarchical zeolite and hierarchical zeolite prepared thereby. The method includes the steps of: carrying out a reaction of a mixture containing water, a silica precursor, an alumina precursor, a pH adjustment material, at least one structure-inducing material, and at least one surfactant; and carrying out drying and heat treatment. The structure-inducing material and the surfactant have different carbon atoms while the surfactant has more carbon atoms than the structure-inducing material.
