The present invention discloses a glare shielding device. The glare shielding device includes a microprocessor for controlling an activation time and a driving time of a liquid crystal panel. The microprocessor generates an activation control signal of a liquid crystal activating portion, a driving control signal of a liquid crystal driving portion, and a power off control signal in response to a simultaneous detection of a welding light and a high frequency generated during a welding process. The liquid crystal activating portion becomes a floating state in a standby mode and activates the liquid crystal panel using a minus voltage between a high voltage and an activation voltage. The liquid crystal driving portion becomes a floating state in a standby mode and drives the liquid crystal panel in response to the driving control signal.

A fin type heat exchanger includes a plurality of plate shaped fins disposed in spaced parallel relationship to define air channels therebetween for conducting an air flow from an air inlet side to an air exhaust side of each fin. A bent pipe extends through pipe holes formed in the fins for conducting a heat exchange fluid. Groups of slits are formed in each fin, whereby there is a first row of slit groups adjacent the air intake side, and a second row of slit groups adjacent the air exhaust side. There are more slits in the first row than in the second row. The slits in the first row have a width greater than the width of the slits disposed in the second row.

A refrigerant expansion device for a refrigeration cycle comprises a housing, a passage formed penetrating the housing, an expansion means for expanding the refrigerant passing through the passage and a flow rate control means for bypassing some of the refrigerant passing through the expansion means according to the pressure of the refrigerant, for supplying to the low pressure portion of the passage, and for controlling the flow rate of the refrigerant through the expansion means.

An electronic refrigerant compressing apparatus comprises two or more compressing portions coupled in parallel to one another, which repeats the heating and cooling of the refrigerant circulating the refrigerant cycle at an interval of a predetermined time. Each of the compressing portions is provided with the cylindrical body having the refrigerant charged therein, the refrigerant pipe coiled around its body, the refrigerant heating load mounted in close to the refrigerant pipe for increasing the pressure of the refrigerant, the solenoid valve mounted at the inlet and outlet if the refrigerant, which is opened/closed according to the control of the microcomputer and means for detecting the temperature of the refrigerant, in which one side of the body and the refrigerant pipe is connected through the solenoid valve and the refrigerant outlet to the condenser as part of the refrigerant cycle, and the other side is connected through the check valve to the evaporator. Otherwise, the microcomputer controls the operations for the solenoid valve and the load depending upon the signal for the detecting means so that a plurality of compressing portions perform the compressing operation in turn at the predetermined interval.
